Baekhyun always thought of how heaven would be like.
Would it be how movies describe it to be?
Was it paradise?
Different thoughts pass through his head as he relishes the scenery that was before him.
Somehow he imagines that heaven is not far from what reality is because he onced promised at the altar to be with someone for an eternity.
Well, Only heaven knows.
Foreword
Minutes turn into seconds as the last breath of air escapes Baekhyun’s lips.
Time of death, 6:27 PM
The grueling monotone fills the air as another soul parts away.
Baekhyun feels like he’s sleeping but unafraid to open his eyes. A blinding light welcomes him and his eyes begin to adjust to its surroundings. A familiar face gazes upon him as the face he grew to love.
“Chanyeol.”
The tall giant smiles up at him the knowing smile that still gives him butterflies. A hand outstretched for the elder to grab.
Baekhyun gladly accepts it still relishing the sensation and still confused since seconds ago he knew he was gone to the world he didn’t want to leave.
“I’m not Chanyeol.”
A mix of emotions plastered on Baekhyun’s face as he digests what the giant has told him. True enough Chanyeol can’t be dead because he knows he’s safe out of dangers grasp.
“Who are you then?”
The giant still fondly smiles at Baekhyun and with a slight hesitation caresses his left cheek.
“I’m whoever you want me to be.”
