"Keut! Alright good job Seohyun, we'll move on to the next scene. Take 5 everyone!"

 

"Thank you very much, thank you," Seohyun said repeatedly as she politely bowed to the PD and the rest of the staff. A gentle pat on her shoulder made her turn towards her co-star, who was grinning at her and giving her a thumbs-up. She thanks him as well before going to her assigned chair.

 

She'd been filming for a couple of hours now, but she still felt surreal. She finally had a role in an actual drama, and she fully intended to do her best and learn a lot from this experience. She'd always wanted to be an actress, which was the main reason why she took up theater in university. She was now fulfilling that dream bit by bit.

 

"Seohyun, are you ready for the next scene? It's the heaven scene, they're just getting the fog machines ready," the writer eonnie said as she came to stand beside her drama's star.

 

Seohyun's eyes rounded in surprise. "Otteohke, already?!" she gasped. She consciously regained her composure and placed her cold palms on her cheeks that were getting warmer by the minute.

 

Clearing , she looked the writer eonnie in the eye. "I'm ready," she said with all the courage she could muster.

 

"Aja Seohyun-ssi, I'll let you know when we're done setting up," the writer eonnie said with a smile and gave her a pat on the shoulder.

 

Seohyun smiled back nervously, fixing her hair unconsciously. The heaven scene was a very important one, she HAD to do well. Taking out her script, she reviewed her lines and the scene they were filming.

 

"Seohyun-ssi, here's your drink," a gruff voice said from beside her. Someone was handing her a grande goguma latte.

 

"Woah thank you!" she said excitedly, turning towards the person as she took the latte in her hands. The guy was looking down, a baseball cap covering most of his face, and a hoodie was covering his head as well. She suddenly felt a bit nervous and thought of sasaeng fans.

 

"Uhmmm... thank you, ahhh, what's your name?" she asked, trying to catch a glimpse of his face.

 

The guy cleared his throat before answering. "I'm Seju. Park Seju."

 

"Well, thank you Park Seju-ssi. How'd you know what I l~~~yahhhh???!!!"

 

Seohyun almost dropped her latte as the guy turned to look at her. He had a rough growth over his upper lip and chin, like he hadn't shaved in days. He was grinning mischievously.

 

She thought he looked hot.

 

"Oppa, what are you doing here?!" she quickly hissed as she pulled on his sleeve. He removed her hand from his arm as his eyes rounded at her in a warning.

 

"Yah, I'm undercover. As far as everyone knows, I'm the new VJ. Consider this on-the-job-training for my role," he whispered, taking out a pair of eyeglass frames from his pocket and putting them on.

 

"So, how do I look? You think anyone would recognize me?" he asked mischievously, turning his head from side to side for her to see. He his stubbled chin as he waited for her to answer.

 

Seohyun was too busy trying to keep her heart from beating fast. She was too nervous now, she wasn't sure she could go through with the filming.

 

Of all days Yonghwa oppa could visit her drama's set, why did it have to be today?!

 

Yonghwa took her hand and gave it a quick squeeze.

 

"You can't say I don't support your acting. Good luck babe. Break a leg," he whispered with a tender and proud look in his eyes. He then smirked and held up both fists in front of him.

 

"Fighting Hyu~un, Fighting!!!"

 

With a jaunty salute, he turned around and headed off to start his "OJT."

 

Seohyun shook herself awake from her shocked reverie. "Wait, opp~~"

 

"Let's go Seohyun-ssi, it's time to start filming."

 

"I'll be there!" Seohyun called back before turning around to check where Yonghwa had gone. He was nowhere to be seen.

 

I think he's enjoying this undercover thing too much. Let's see if he enjoys it after this scene....

 

Taking a deep breath to calm her nerves, she walked off towards the set.

 

Just keep it professional Hyunnie, everything's gonna be fine.

 

"Ey, you're here! Ready?" Won Geun greeted as she stood in front of him.

 

She gulped the lump that was forming in .

 

"I think so. Please be good to me," she pleaded jokingly as she clasped her hands together.

 

"Hey, don't worry, you'll be fine," Won Geun said, taking her hand and giving it a squeeze.

 

A commotion erupted as somewhere behind the cameras something clattered to the ground.

 

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry," the culprit called out, bowing in all directions as he tried to pick the debris from the ground.

 

Seohyun froze as she recognized the hoodie and cap.

 

"Yah, be careful, there are very expensive equipment lying around," the PD scolded.

 

The writer came forward to explain. "I'm sorry PDnim it's the new VJ, it's his first day. I'll go orient him," she said as she pulled the guy away.

 

Seohyun turned and fanned her face with her hands. She was suddenly feeling too  warm.

 

"Too hot? Don't worry, they'll be turning on some fans soon," her co-star said as he fanned her with his hands.

 

Someone started having a violent coughing fit in the background. She didn't have to turn to see who it was. It could only be one person, and she didn't think she could carry on if she looked him in the eye.

 

Keep calm Hyunnie, just keep calm. Stay professional. It's not your fault he chose to come today. Forget he's here for now. Deep breaths...

 

"Alright get ready everyone!" the PD shouted. Actors and staff got into place as they got ready to shoot. Seohyun had calmed down considerably after her internal pep talk. Taking deep breaths was also working like magic.

 

"Okay, lights, cameras, action!"

 

Seohyun took a deep breath and started walking slowly towards her co-star. She was walking amidst smoke created from the fog machines. A gentle breeze was moving around as some staff were busy releasing leaves from atop ladders for visual effects. They actually helped to calm her nerves.

 

She stopped in front of her co-star and delivered her lines confidently. They went through their dialogue smoothly, just like they practiced.

 

And then it was time for the kiss.

 

It was supposed to be a tender peck on the lips, nothing too drastic or passionate for a beginner like her.

 

She took up the courage and closed her eyes, pouting her lips as she stood on her toes and reached up to him...

 

Someone snorted in the background, apparently trying to hold in laughter. Seohyun opened her eyes as she lost her balance.

 

"Keut! NG NG!!! Dammit Won Geun you're too tall!?" the PDnim shouted. The rest of the staff joined in the laughter, but Seohyun was looking for one particular face.

 

She saw him behind one of the camera VJs, and he was clearly waiting for her to look at him. He was smirking, motioning that her partner was too tall, and added an X-sign with his fingers as he shook his head.

 

She turned away as she felt blood rush to her face.  For one thing, she was glad Oppa was fine with witnessing her kissing scene. She did tell him she had one, and the fact that he wasn't having violent reactions about it was good. Knowing that it was just a ppoppo had actually made him very very happy.

 

"Alright let's try it one more time. Won Geun-ssi stoop down a little so Seohyun-ssi can reach those juicy lips," the PD instructed, earning laughter from all around except from one person. Even Seohyun giggled nervously, avoiding Oppa's eyes.

 

"Alright everyone, places!!! Lights, cameras, action!"

 

Seohyun nervously ran her fingers through her hair as she prepared for her scene. She went through the same motions as before, running through her lines smoothly. Dealing with the heavy emotions actually kept her nervousness at bay.

 

And then it was time for the kiss again.

 

Her co-star had adjusted his height, stretching out his legs to the sides so his face was almost at level with hers. She didn't have to stand on tipped toes this time.

 

Forgetting everyone around them, Seohyun closed her eyes and concentrated on the kiss so she could get it over and done with. She gave a soft peck on one corner of his lips...

 

Won Geun snorted and laughed.

 

"NG NG NG!!! NO GOOD!!! WTH?!" the PD shouted.

 

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry. It's a bit awkward... and all these leaves are distracting me," Won Geun said as he bowed repeatedly.

 

"For goodness sake it's just a ppoppo!?!" the PD exclaimed, coming forward to demonstrate to Seohyun how to do it. Everyone laughed as her co-star blushed heavily.

 

"It's just a ppoppo you two, nothing to it! Alright right from the top, places everyone! Action!"

 

Seohyun took several deep breaths again, clasping her hands behind her and concentrated on the scene. She angled her head slightly to the side and planted her lips on Won Geun's. She held that position for several seconds, not moving her lips and squeezing her eyes shut.

 

"Owww!"

 

Won Geun had a hand against his cheek. "Something hit me, are you sure you guys are throwing leaves?!" he called out to the visual effects guys.

 

Seohyun looked up at the guys atop the ladders and saw a familiar hoodie. He wasn't looking at her this time, and actually seemed to be avoiding her gaze.

 

Ah jinjja oppa~~~

 

"KEUT!!! NG NG NG!!!" the PD was now getting red in the face. Seohyun winced as she watched him hold a hand to the back of his neck.

 

"PD nim are you alright?" she whispered nervously.

 

"I'm fine... Alright everyone take five again! Someone fix Won Geun's make up! Cheongmal, we should be done by now @#$/&*(%€£¥₩;"

 

Seohyun blushed as she bowed to the PD, who didn't look at her as he was busily reviewing the filmed clips. She quickly ran to her dressing area and grabbed some tissues to mop off her sweaty face.

 

Someone handed her another bunch of tissues.

 

"Just wipe it all off and everything's gonna be fine," a very familiar voice whispered beside her ear. She turned around to face him, a frown forming on her face.

 

"Yah oppa, did you throw something at him?!" she demanded. Yonghwa replied by wiping off sweat from her forehead. She stopped his hand.

 

"Answer me."

 

"Heyyy why would I do that?!" Yonghwa exclaimed. Seohyun bit her lower lip as she tried to decipher his blank face.

 

"Don't do that," he growled softly.

 

"Don't do what?!"

 

"That~ that lip-biting thing..."

 

Seohyun giggled and leaned towards him. "And why not?!"

 

Yonghwa stood up to widen the distance between them.

 

"Is it hot in here or is it just me?" he said as he pulled down his hoodie and fanned his face with his cap.

 

Seohyun giggled knowingly.

 

"Yah, who told you to just go plant your lips on him for a long time~~" he started scolding.

 

"Goodness, it was barely 5 seconds Op~~"

 

"Eight."

 

"I beg your pardon?"

 

"It was eight freakin' seconds, Hyu~un," Yonghwa said, slamming his cap over his head.

 

Seohyun was inwardly delighted to see that Oppa was actually showing signs of jealousy, even though he was denying it.

 

Seohyun hit him on the arm. "Oppa I thought we've talked this through?! It's just work, remember?!"

 

"Owww," he cried out, rubbing the spot where she'd hit him.

 

"Fine! I'll behave. But I swear I didn't hit him on purpose!? There were twigs mixed in with the leaves, I didn't know it would hit him..." he trailed off, looking at her with wide eyes.

 

"Yah Seju-ssi what are you doing there?! Stop flirting with our star and get to work!" the writer noona called out.

 

Yonghwa turned quickly and bowed. "Sorry, I'm coming!"

 

He turned back to Seohyun to give her a wink.

 

"Fighting!!!" he grinned in that mischievous way again before running off.

 

Seohyun slumped in her chair and groaned. She just knew things were just starting to unravel. She just knew it.

"KEUT!!! NG!!! AGAIN!"

 

"NG NG NG!!!"

 

"NG!!! AGAIN!!!"

 

Seohyun formed fists with her hands as the repeated NGs were finally taking their toll on her composure. She wasn't used to being repeatedly scolded for not doing well and making repeated mistakes. She knew she had to it all up, she was a rookie actor after all. But still... it kinda hurt...

 

Someone gruffly cleared his throat beside her. It was her co-star, who was stubbing his toe on the ground.

 

"Seohyun-ssi, uh, would you like to, uh, you know, practice uhmm... you know..."

 

He seemed very embarrassed about it, and Seohyun  thought he looked cute. However, the idea of practicing IT with him was...

 

CRASH!!! She turned and saw Yonghwa oppa scrambling to pick up some metal rods from the ground.

 

There's my problem...

 

She threw her hands in the air in defeat. She hadn't been able to concentrate on the kissing scene ever since the 3rd NG. Yonghwa oppa seemed to be everywhere: throwing leaves from the ladders so fast, a lot of it hit her co-star's head; behind the camera focusing on her, making her self-conscious; even making this weird arm-pumping dance that seriously drained her concentration.

 

She knew he was doing all of it on purpose, and she was going to give him hell later on. For now...

 

She turned and found him talking to Won Geun.

 

"So, you're tall huh? What are you, 181? 182? Not that tall, I think," the choding was saying, looking up at her co-star. He was barely recognizable with all the facial hair and the glasses. He appeared to be sizing up her co-star.

 

"I'm 185," Won Geun gritted through his teeth as he smiled coldly at Yonghwa.

 

Yonghwa stopped and stared in surprise. As he opened his mouth to answer, she went over and pulled him by the sleeve of his arm.

 

"I need help with something," she said as she smiled at her co-star while she pulled Yonghwa away.

 

"Yah, wait, I'm talki~"

 

"You're looking for trouble, aren't you, Oppa?!" she whispered as she pulled him along like an errant child.

 

She pulled him into her dressing room, locked the door as a security measure and started giving it to him.

 

"Oppa I can't do this. I can't work with you here. I find you too distracting, I keep thinking about you and kissing you even when I'm supposed to be kissing someone else~~"

 

Seohyun kept wringing her fingers as she paced back and forth in front of him.

 

"Say it again."

 

She stopped pacing as she looked up at him.

 

"Say what again?"

 

"The part after you said you kept thinking about me," Yonghwa said quietly.

 

"Huh? Oh, yeah..." she stopped and blushed as she remembered what she said.

 

Yonghwa came over and lifted her chin with his hand. "Say it again," he whispered softly as he lowered his face towards her.

 

Seohyun caught her breath as oppa came nearer. "You're too distracting?" she repeated herself breathlessly.

 

Yonghwa brought his lips near her ear and whispered, his voice soft and husky. "Nope, the other one." He took out a wad of tissues and wiped it gently across .

 

A shiver ran down her spine as oppa's warm breath caressed the side of her neck. "I keep thinking about you and... kissing you?" she whispered as her knees started to turn into tofu.

 

"That one," Yonghwa said approvingly, breathing down her shoulder. "Me, too," he replied, pressing a soft kiss on her shoulder, his rough stubble giving her goosebumps.

 

Heat spread across Seohyun's body starting from that point where he kissed her.

 

"Oppa~~"

 

"I think you need a short review... just so you'll remember the difference between a ppoppo," he proceeds to place a chaste kiss on her lips. "And a real kiss."

 

Seohyun barely had time to take a deep breath before Yonghwa smothered her open mouth with his own. He pulled her to him, placing a firm hand on the small of her back and plastering her body to his.

 

He angled her head gently to one side and kissed her deeply, on her upper lip, and nibbling on her lower lip with his teeth. She tried to return the favor, but he kept stopping her.

 

"This is just a review, sweetheart. I don't need a return demonstration," he whispered, then proceeded to kiss her senseless. She was now hanging onto him, for her knees had turned into jelly. She knew she had to come up for air sometime, 

but the heady feeling wasn't from lack of oxygen, and she knew it.

 

She rubbed her palms across his rough jawline. She liked the feeling of his stubble  and added it to a list in her mind: remind oppa to keep a stubble every now and then.

 

"Ahh Joohyun Joohyun Joohyun..." he kept repeating as he lips with nibbles and small bites. She giggled, having lost her wits the moment he'd kissed her shoulder.

 

He probed with his tongue, their breathing now hot and rapid. Seohyun's legs literally gave way, and she found herself being held up by oppa's strong arms.

 

Yonghwa showered her neck with light kisses before slowly holding her up to stand on her feet. She opened her eyes and stared at him like he'd just out her soul.

 

"I do believe we did that scene in one take, no NGs, everything's all good," he said nonchalantly, like nothing happened and he hadn't been sticking his tongue down .

 

"Huh?" Seohyun said as she tried to gather her wits about her.

 

Yonghwa smacked a loud kiss on her lips and grinned mischievously.

 

"The VJ has just put it back on," he whispered before giving her a flying kiss and leaving the room.

 

Seohyun touched her lips, feeling plump and bruised.

 

She grinned.

 

She was ready for one last take of that heaven scene.

 

She'll remind oppa of his NGs and retakes later... ㅋㅋㅋ
