MinAe;
Adopted daughter of CEO Yang Hyunsuk. MinAe was at the age of 15 (in 2009) when she got adopted by the man himself and his wife, They both thought they wouldn't be having a child after 3 years of being married. MinAe since birth has grew up at the orphanage with friends and care-takers. Yang Hyunsuk and his wife would always visit the orphanage twice every week to check what child was to their liking. They didn't want the child being too young or at least 18 years of age.
After their fifth visit, His wife has old him, there was a girl in the music room. She was playing beautifully but was coughing on the same time. Yang Hyunsuk felt uneasy and decided to check upon the girl, worried if she was sick.
Before entering the room, both of them heard the girl saying words, but not singing while playing the piano. "Will I ever call someone 'mother'? Will I ever call someone 'father'? Will I have a family I can call 'mine'? Where are you my future family?" Both Hyunsuk and his wife felt something painfull in their chest. They decided not to disturb the girl and went straigh to the office. They asked about the girl and described her, in the end they got her name and saw her files.
MinAe. No surname. Was left at the doors of the orphanage on October 25th 1994. Grew up at the orphanage ever since. One of the smartest student in her school, Although her school was not very prestigious. To the two, this girl was special, beautiful and up to their expectations, but of course everything wouldn't be perfect. Walking pass the office, it was MinAe. The principle called her over and MinAe then greeted the two. MinAe offered the two to a tour around the orphanage, the two gladly accepted eventhough they know the orphanage well enough. The girl was not scared to express her feelings during the tour. Telling them cheerful and also painful moments she had while growing up at the orphanage. The couple admired how sincere and how down-to-earth the girl was. After that visit, the couple talked long and good about if they would adopt MinAe. They agreed after settling some decisions they would have to deal after adopting her, school, bedroom and other compulsory things after she moves in.
The next following week, the couple agreed and signed papers at the office. One of the helpers called MinAe, of course MinAe followed the helper to the office. She had a puzzled expression on her face, but greeted the two and said that she remembered bringing them for a tour a week ago, and how it was nice to see them again. Yang Hyunsuk breathed out slowly, and said "MinAe-ahh, What would you say if we were to be your parent?" It took awhile for MinAe to realise what he meant, tears started to slowly form, she looked into the eyes of her now, father and mother. She only said one word before crying then hugging both of them. "Family"

Foreword
After a month of settling down with her new family, and also her school.
It was now stated that MinAe's birthday is on 25th October, her father and mother and the people at the orphanage were uncertain of the exact date she was born. But has decided to confirm it as 25thOctober. MinAe would regularly visit her father at work everytime she finishes school as the YGbuilding was much closer to her school than her house. So she prefer going back home with her father, although he usually goes home late. But because of MinAe, he was a responsible and caring father, he'd bring her home latest at 9pm. Sometimes MinAe would peak around the building seeing such famous artists and hardworking trainees, sometimes MinAe would also see trainess crying and she would slowly walk up to them and tell them not to cry, that she doesn't like to see anybody cry. If she does she would feel hurt and wouldalso want to cry. At times they would give her a small smile and tell her they were okay.
MinAe was an innocent child, a very innocent and pure child. Eventhough she was brought up in an orphanage she always thoght of other people before herself. But sometimes she thinks that she's too nice and sometimes end up hurting herself.
A year later, In December 2010. Yang Hyunsuk has made an event for YGfamily to have a Christmas party. All YG artist and also dancers had their own party. While MinAe sat down laughing with Daesung at his lame yet funny jokes, she then saw someone walk pass by the see through door. She got curious, why isn't that person joining the party? There were no trainees around either, at least that's what she thought. Cause her father told the trainess to go home and be with their family, have a great time. She excused herself, and followed the person from behind.
"Must be a trainee.." The person was clearly a guy, he was slim, tall and had dark brown hair and was heading to the training room for trainees. "Why are you here? Shouldn't you be with your family celebrating?" MinAe asked as he puts down his bag onto the floor. He jumped back in suprised facing MinAe. "I don't.. I don't have time" he momentarily glancing into her eyes. He was clearly taller than MinAe. Maybe around 10cm more taller than her too. His eyes were round and glimmering. He was amusing to look at, yet, there was something charming about him aswell.
"What do you mean......" "Kim Jinwoo" he said.
"What do you mean, Jinwoo-shii?" as MinAe walked closer then sat down on the floor. Jinwoo also sat down, they were now only 3meters away from each other. "I have to train , I have to do my best to make my dream come true" he fiddled with his thumbs, with his eyes wandering around looking aimlessly, but with his head down. MinAe saw him pursing his lips. She just stared at him, wondering if she ever saw him in the YGbuilding, maybe he's a quiet one. He was still looking at the ground, occasionally looking at her "..You can't go home? I'm sorry if I get annoying..." MinAe started to feel guilty as well from seeing Jinwoo, she could feel that he felt uncomfortable. "No.. you're not annoying at all. I don't mind the questions. Maybe it's just time for me to talk about it with someone" He raised his head up and gave a weak smile and let out a sigh of defeat? "Home is too far for me right now.. I live in Imja Island", finally making eye contact with MinAe. She gave him a smile, he returned the smile. "See? I want to see that smile. You should always smile, you look more handsome" purposely using her aegyo-voice to cheer him up more, she then continued using her normal voice "My father says, if you always frown, it'll make you grow old faster. Don't want a future YG artist to look old right?" she jokingly said, even squinting her eyes to imitate an old person. He also joined in lightly laughing with MinAe.
MinAe and Jinwoo spent a good long 3 hour talk with each other, talking about both of their lives. They talked to each other comfortably, eventhough MinAe is 2 years younger than Jinwoo. She reminded Jinwoo of his little sister that is no longer around. It made him miss his younger sister even more. MinAe too, felt quite attached to Jinwoo, he was like an elder brother that MinAe wish she could have. By half past ten, MinAe's father found the two walking in the training room. Jinwoo immediately stood up to greet CEO Yang. He asked Jinwoo why he wasn't at home, Jinwoo replied saying that he was quite stressed that it made him want to practice on his dancing and singing. In the end, CEO Yang told him not to think too much cause it's Christmas and that Jinwoo should just rest for a day. MinAe then went back home with her father. MinAe mouthed 'goodbye' to Jinwoo as she left the training room.
He waved back, with a bright smile. He doesn't remember when was the last time he had talked to someone like this. It made him miss school, cause Jinwoo has been so stressed lately that he hasn't been talking nor socializing with his friends and school mates. Few minutes passed, when Jinwoo was about to leave the training room, his phone lit up. It was a message from MinAe, they both exchanged phone numbers during the 3 hour talk. 'Wished we could've talked longer. It was really nice talking with you~! Good night Jinwoo-shii....oppa keke'. Jinwoo replied 'Hmm. me too. Hope to talk with you soon, I don't feel so burdened and stressful after the talk. Hm~ You too~ Goodnight^^' He left the YGbuilding five past eleven with a smile on his face. Now that he realised that he just needed someone to talk to, rather than just bottling up all his thoughts and feelings. It wasn't the right thing to do. But the only thing that is making him uncomfortable is that MinAe, is the CEO's daughter. Who knows what'll he do. He thought about when he encountred the CEO as he entered the training room. He didn't seem mad. "Or was he... Maybe I should just keep away from MinAe. It's best for both of us"
Jinwoo didn't sleep straight away after arriving at his small apartment room. He gave it more thought, maybe he shouldn't push MinAe away. "I shouldn't push anybody away.. Why was I so stupid? When people wanted to help me, all I did was push them away. Why was I so stupid?" He lets out a long sigh before closing his eyes to go to sleep.
After MinAe arrived home, cause their house was quite far. "So who is Kim Jinwoo to you MinAe-yahh~?" her father asked, MinAe was surprised with her father's question. Her eyes lit up, "He's a new friend I made, He...." "He's what MinAe-yahh?" "He's quite depressed... I just want to help him. I feel like he can be an elder brother to me. He so nice and humble" she replied with a smile. "Does my little girl like Kim Jinwoo?" he teasingly said. "Ach... It's nothing like that Appaaaaa~" she lightly hit her father's forearm. "Alright, alright~ He's a very hard working kid. Never seems to give up, eventhough he seems like those weak type of kids" he then chuckled towards the end. "He still has a lot of flaws to fix though.. With the right determination and support, He'll be surely to succeed" with a determined voice. "Waaaaah~ My dad is SO cool!! JJang-ida!" MinAe was amazed by her father's words and gave him a thumbs up. "Did you not know? I've always been this cool" he jokingly said.
First day of the following week after school, like regularly, MinAe uses the train then walk to the YGbuilding. Waiting for the next stop, MinAe noticed Jinwoo standing at the other wagon of the train. She took the chance to slowly approaching him, the train wagon was quite crowded so it was quite difficult for her to walk. Jinwoo was facing outside "Oppa..." she quietly whispered. He looked behind his shoulder to see MinAe in her school uniform with a smile. "Ah. MinAe-ahh, What are you doing here?" he smiled seeing her, slowly turning to face her. "Just got back from school, going to Appa's building like always, are you also going there?" MinAe could only think how tall he was, she knew he was already tall just by looking at him. But while standing nex to him, she noticed how even taller he is. "Wah~ You're really cool you know that?" MinAe said without thinking, she wasn't even listening to what Jinwoo replied.
"Uh? No I'm not. Don't say that" he answered shyly. "Appa said good things about you yesterday. I was amazed of what he said about you. You really are amazing okay?"
Jinwoo was suprised by what MinAe said. "CEO Yang said good things about me? Really? What did he say?" he asked so concerned with his round eyes. "Eish... You should ask CEO Yang himself then~ But he really did say good things about you.. Fighting~!" He was confused, now wondering if what MinAe said was true.... "Fighting.. For what?" Jinwoo questionably asked. "Fighting, because I'm supporting you! keke You have to debut, you said it yourself that you want to make your dream come true". He smiled looking at MinAe, "You sure observed me well. Thankyou~"
"So CEO Yang isn't like.... mad at me?" Jinwoo thought as they left the train together with a gentle smile on his face.
