Sergeant Lee Hyukjae laid in his bed just thinking about his life.

How did he end up here? To him, his life was going nowhere.

He had no friends, no family, all he had was the military. He hated it here. The constant threat and yelling was all getting to him. He was thinking about leaving but where could he go?

"Mail time!"

The deep voice woke him up from his thoughts but he paid it no mind. He never got mail. Who would want to send him letters anyway?

"Sergeant Lee Hyukjae!"

He was confused when he suddenly heard his voice and a small envelope was thrown at him.

'A letter? For me?' He checked the name and sure enough, it was his.

Still confused, he opened it up and began to read:

"Dear Sergeant Lee,

           My name is Lee Donghae (Hey we have the same surname! :D). I am a 16 year old student at SM High School.

Hmm I don't know what to write so I guess I'll tell you more about myself. I am a football player and no that does not

mean I am a stupid playboy. I happen to be very smart and very single. I have soft brown hair, a face that all the girls

love and all the guys wish they had :P I am of average height but everyone else is just abnormally tall. I was born and

raised here in Mokpo so I have an accent. Well, enough about me I wanna know about you! What do you look like?

Where are you from? How long have you been in the military? You better write me back or else I'll hunt you down! >:D

Hyukjae smiled at the letter. It was short but it was enough to get him out of his funk.

'Lee Donghae...'

"Yah! What's with that creepy smile on your face?" Hyukjae jumped and tumbled off his bed.

"Aish! Heechul, why do you have to yell?" He rubbed his sore .

"That's Hyung to you! So what's with the smile? Got a letter from a lover?" He smirked.

"No! It's just a letter from some kid."

"Oh you got one too? I got one from this kid named Hangeng."

Heechul kept talking but Hyukjae stopped listening. His thoughts going to the letter he recieved.

'I should write him back!'

Jumping up he went to his desk, took out a pen and paper and started to write:

"Dear Lee Donghae..."
