She laughed, "Shut up, you baka." They were friends, perhaps she could call them close friends- No, she should be calling him a close friend because he is. They weren't on best of terms in the beginning, but they were both reluctant to give each other a chance, which was definitely something they don't regret. They bonded better than expected, he was funnier and sweeter than she thought. She was nicer and warmer than he realized. Together, it was everlasting.

"Isn't it kind of ironic though?" He added. Even though he's only known her for about three to four months, he still felt completely connected to her. Like a lifeline almost, and he's clinging onto it desperately. He can't help but laugh recalling how they were before, arguing, disputing, and just getting pissed at each other for no reason, even if it's just for breathing, one would snap at the other. Now look at them, they're as close as ever and getting closer by the second. Slice of life, eh?

"Idiots these days," She mumbled. But even with the grim expression she carried, her mind was filled with dreamy thoughts, her stomach filled with butterflies and every part of her is shivering with delight. She's stubborn, that is exactly why she would never admit how she truly felt, thought, and desired. Only two people could understand her, and one of them is her sister. She's complicated, but they stick with her and comfort her no matter how much of a she can be.

"I'm an idiot," He facepalmed himself. He was the clueless type, he never understood girls, in fact, he can't even understand his own best friend, and yet, here he is, claiming him as his best friend. Giving off the clueless, dumbfounded expression to beating himself up for finally realizing how stupid he had acted. He's the type to dwell on little mistakes he makes, and gets frustrated thinking about how idiotic he was.

An ironic story put together because of four people with their own issues. This is what you would call, a slice of life.

And somewhere in between, they fell in love.

the writer's words

The pairings are quite obvious aren't they? I bet you're thinking yes. But you'll be rather surprised how many twists there are in the story. Who knows if the pairing really will happen, or whatever. I can tend to be a ship ruiner, I tend to ruin my own ships as well. Quite sad is it not? How did I come up with this plot and idea? It just came up to mind, and slice of life stories have always been the best, because it's realistic and relate-able, in my opinion that is. Anyways, I just wanted to add; "Things aren't what they always seem to be."
