  "Aish...I'm late today...it's all that kid's fault."   "Junyoung-ah, Good morning."   "Oh...hi." He answered cluelessly after wasted a few seconds to let his eyes roam across the room looking for where the voice came from, which gave away how distracted he was.   "What are you looking for? I'm just here sitting in my place you know? Haha."   Junyoung grimaced.   "Yah, Kim Taehun, don't try to make fun of me today okay. I'm not in the mood." He huffed and threw himself into his chair. A groan escaped his mouth as he landed a little too roughly for his liking, earning a quiet chuckle from his colleague.   "Looks like someone's in bad mood today. What? Did you woke up on the wrong side of the bed?"   Junyoung glared.    "Well, maybe not me, But that punk."   "Which punk?"   "Hyunyoung. Who else?" He sighed loudly. Taehun nodded in response.   "What did she do this time?"   "I really don't know what's wrong with her. She gets all upset and sulky this morning and insisted that I sent her to college."   "Maybe she just misses you. You know you've been busy the past few weeks, right?"   "Yeah, but..."   "She'll be fine."   Junyoung nodded, eyeing the files on his messy work desk with disinterest. All the outdoor tasks the past few weeks had made him unable to take care of his desk's maintenance, He could even spot a paper cup from...he didn't remember when, and a piece of what looked like, unfinished sandwich. He tried to sniff for any stench, but couldn't find any. Then again, it wasn't like their working place smelled nice anyway. He wondered when they'd get a new cleaner to maintain the station. His eyes darted down to look for the trash basket that would normally be somewhere near his desk, but it was nowhere to be seen.   "Taehun-ah, how about we go drink after work?" The words simply glided out of his mouth as the sweet smile of the stall owner they would frequent whenever they weren't busy with their own tasks randomly entered his mind, something he always look forward to as remedy or rather, escapism from the messy surrounding in their office.   "Tonight? Sorry, I can't. Dongjun has a match tomorrow. I want to cook something for him since I can't go watch, and I noticed his jersey was torn, so I need to go sew it before he comes back and stops me."   "Aish...you two. I really envy you guys. If only Hyunyoung and I are like that."   "Well, spend more time with her. She doesn't have anyone else anyway."   "She has that damn boyfriend." Junyoung muttered. "How I wish she'd be with someone like Dongjun instead. Someone I can trust. Then I wouldn't be so worried."   Taehun smiled and shook his head. "Trust me, you don't want to praise that kid too much, though he hasn't given me much trouble...yet. Who knows what he's up to and who he's befriending? I don't really have much time to keep tabs on him."   "Dongjun's a good kid. You don't have to worry."   "Yeah well...hey, how about we go lunch together later. I want to hear about your latest catch. Haven't seen you for awhile, but heard it was a great success."   "Well...that sounds alright, though I'm not sure what you find so interesting about all these stuffs. Bad guys. They just come and go. It's not like they're worth a study. Everytime we go out, you'd still talk about them even when we spend everyday going after them. Aish...yah Kim Taehun, go find a girlfriend, or better, just get married."   Taehun simply laughed at Junyoung's normal whining.     It wasn't even half an hour later when a dark skinned man with average height in spectacles and normal office wear barged in the unusually peaceful small office.   "Who's the best police officer here?"   Taehun looked over to Junyoung.
