You know, I'm actually a very quiet person. I also am not very outgoing. The only time you will see me outside is when my mother asks me to go grocery shopping.   And sadly, this happens to be one of those times.   Apparently, we are having guests over for dinner tonight. Mother wants me to get a lot of veggies and meats and dairy products. To be honest, I'm not so sure why, considering that we have plenty of those at home.   So I lazily put on my white tee shirt and light washed skinny jeans. I grabbed my little teal colored purse and wore a varisty jacket. When I got to the door, I slipped into my red converse.   I suppose my glasses makes me look unattractive? I'm not too sure why I'm considered as 'ugly' in my school. Is it because I don't put on make-up? Are my eyes smaller than they should be? Is my head larger than normal? Is my whole face just awkward?   I really don't know, although honestly, I just wished some girl would tell me why I'm ugly. Most girls wouldn't want to hear such words, but I do. Because I have no idea what makes me so hideous looking.   But aside from that, I walk towards the nearby supermarket. When I arrive, I grab a cart and start pushing it around the store, grabbing everything my mother asked for.   Being the clumsy idiot I am as always, I accidentally bump into someone as I grab a bag of chips for myself. I apologized immediately, and that same chuckle I was hearing often  rang in my ears.   "Hey, Dahee."   "Oh, hi Jongup! Whatcha got there?"   "Just some chocolate. I'm going over to someone's house tonight, and my mom asked me to buy some chocolate for them. Cliche, I know."   I just chuckled and nodded.   "Well, I'll see you, Jongup. I have to continue shopping. Bye!"   Jongup nodded and walked away. His smile was still clear in my mind. When Jongup smiles, something comes over me. I don't know what it is, but I have the urge to smile as well. But thank god I was given self control. Otherwise, Jongup and I wouldn't be friends and he'd probably think I was a freak.   I continued to do the shopping, grabbing some extra things that I liked to eat. When I was done and I had paid for everything, I went home.    When I arrived home, it was only five o'clock. My mom thanked me for going out and I went up to my room afterwards. I had to get started on my large pile of homework.   ~   When I had finally finished my homework, it was about six thirty in the evening. To kill some time, I decided to use my computer and watch some dramas, seeing that there isn't anything better to do.   I decided to watch Master's Sun. That drama was just wonderful.   By the time I had finished episode eight, the doorbell had rung. I rushed down the stairs, yelling out that I would get the door. I heard my mother yell 'thanks' soon afterwards.   When I had opened the door, my eyes widened and my heart stopped.   "J-Jongup..."   Jongup smiled at me. I let him, as well as his parents, come in. I bowed to Mr. and Mrs. Moon.   "Annyeonghaesayo, Kim Dahee ibnida. Welcome to our home, please make yourself comfortable. I'm sure dinner will be ready soon."   I spoke with as much manners that I could possibly mutter up and led the three into the living room. I heard Jongup chuckle behind me.   That--. Good girls don't curse.   Mr. and Mrs. Moon thanked me and complimented me on how well I behave. They said I had great manners. I smiled and  thanked them back.   I turned to Jongup after speaking to his parents. Quietly, I hissed,   "You knew you were coming to my house, didn't you?"   Jongup just sheepishly smiled at me. I couldn't help but turn around and smile as well. But I turned back to face him, ready to yell again, when--   "Dahee! Help set up the table, please!"   My mother shouted for my help.
