Description
The first thing people see when they look at me?
My eyes.
And then comes the small gasps, the gazes that continue to the corners of their eyes as they whisper behind palms, the pointed fingers that I feel poking into my backside even as I walk away.
On the outside, I duck my head to let my hair fall in my face. On the inside, I curl a little bit tighter, and I wonder how small I can get without crushing my lungs, breaking my bones.
Foreword
Just a little idea that popped into my head after watching a Hello Counselor episode from a while ago.
I have so many other little buds of stories that have been circling in my head since the summer that I should be working on instead, but here goes.
Lay's going to come in later (don't worry), but that's later - I'm going to have to develop the main character first, aren't I?
