Electric Heart by SherlocKey

This story goes through the life of Choi Minho who is stuck in a hospital as he has a synthetic heart. However one day, while his Hyung was having surgery as he has swallowed a chicken bone...again, he meets the earlier mentioned Choi Minho and both their lives change. Taemin visits Minho almost everyday and their relationship develops. Alongside this you do have your slice of JongKey who also go through their dilemmas' but over all a really good story. I have to admit I almost cried but if you want to know the end you should either read it or you can ask me (Since my username is Spoilers :L)
