I was born into a corrupt world were absolute power was given to a single person, My Father. He was a ruthless monster that had no concept of the word 'life'. I cannot judge him though, because I became him. In all my effort to take a different path, I ended up just like him, until I met her. She was a warrioress among warriors, fighting for her freedom like many that were among her.

A war had broken out between the humans and vampires. The humans were fighting to restore the way things were before my Father came and ruined their so called "perfect little world" - pathetic fleas. Vampires are the rulers of this world now, and we do it quite well I'd say.

That was before I had any emotions, other than hate and resentment; now I can't stop caring. She taught me to love and to care for others. I felt that every time I cared I was honoring her memory. She was disobedient and wonderful. Beautiful and strong willed. She was everything I did not deserve, and yet she was mine, my own. No one else’s but mine, and I refused to share her with anyone or anything.
