Character Introduction:
National Intelligence Service (NIS) has assigned four of the youth squad’s members as Non-Official Cover (NOC) regarding the issue between South Korea and North Korea. The four members act under the codename taken from Japanese’s Kaichou Fuugetsu (the beauty of nature) such as Guren (Flower), Konjiki (Moon), Junbaku (Bird), and Seiran (Wind). They are picked based on the qualifications of the ability in both close and long combats.

Real Name: Wu Yifan (23) / Codename: Konjiki
Yifan is known as the second best snipers among the youth squad’s members. His scoop is within 650 yards of distance. He is known as the most emotionless member who always puts the mission as the priority. Yifan is a black belt holder of Brazilian Jujitsu and is the one of the quickest close-combat fighters.
Firearms: Walther P99 pistol, Heckler & Koch PSG-1 riffle
The Best Snipers
Real Name: Park Chanyeol (21) / Codename: Junbaku
Chanyeol can fire his riffle accurately within the scoop of 750 yards distance, granting him the top position of snipers within the youth squad. He always wears his bulletproof glasses for some reasons even though his eyes are perfectly normal. Chanyeol excels in Hapkido and is a black belt holder of Taekwondo but he cannot really move fast due to the past injury on his back. Chanyeol is usually seen to be left-handed. In contrary to his fellow member Wu Yifan, Chanyeol tends to be emotional and a little bit temperamental.
Firearms: Sig-Sauer P266 pistol with 9x19mm caliber, Heckler & Koch PSG-1 riffle, Smith and Wesson Model 36 revolver.
The best hacker
Real Name: Oh Sehun (20) / Codename: Seiran
Sehun and Chanyeol are both nicknamed ‘SeiJun’ due to their frequent appearance together almost everywhere around the Headquarters. Sehun is an excellent hacker, the fastest and the best despite his young age (He is the youngest among four). Sehun knows how to use Jeet Kune Do and is able to fire his riffle within 600 yards of distance.
Firearms: Baretta 92FS pistol and Accuracy International Arctic Warfare riffle.
The best close-combat fighters
Real Name: Huang Zitao (21) / Codename : Guren
Zitao, or Tao, excels in Chinese Martial Arts and driving skills. Tao might be the sniper with the shortest accurate scoop among the four, but the other three never dare to challenge him in close-combat fighters, proving that his ability is the top among them. Tao is the most sensitive and emotional member, making him becomes the member whom Yifan scolds a lot.
Firearms: Browning Hi-Power pistol and Heckler & Koch MSG-90 riffle.
Foreword
One day, NIS headquarter receives notice that Sehun and Tao, two of their NOC members from youth squad, have fallen into the Chinese Mafia’s hand. The Mafia is not aware about the two being NOC and mistaken them as ordinary university students who falsely hacked into their database and steals some info about their relation with North Korean Mafia. The higher-ups of NIS assign the rest of NOC members to find the two while guarding an ex-North Korean spy who hides in China.
The bad thing is that those two members left, Yifan and Chanyeol, can never get along. They often argue and both are stone-headed. There was that one time when they pointed their respective riffles to each other in simulation session because of some argument, causing Tao and Sehun to rush and separated them.
Will they be able to retrieve their members from the custody of the mafia?
Will there be mission accomplished for this ‘mission impossible’?
A/N:
This is the result of my rewatch of Detective Conan Episodes (where the reference of Codenames and firearms come from) and that fanedit picture of Chanyeol clad in army uniform and the imagination of those four tallest members in Exo holding a riffle. In contrary to my domestic!Krisyeol fic which is all fluffy, this one has heavier theme.
I might post the new update to that fluffy fic tonight (if my internet connection cooperates well) and the first chapter of this fic along with my Bleach!au within this week (if things go well with my thesis' supervisor).
