Guardians- Supervisors/Guardians/Protectors of the royal family. They have a very high position in the government and special roles in the prophecy. Councilors- pretty much the politicians who mostly discuss about the good of the country. They fix problems, misunderstandings, and accidents world-wide. Victorian Circle- consits of ordinary citizens, small company presidents and most of the Siriuds. But what if there were one more label which is often heard but believed to be a legend?
