When the skies were still tinged with an old musty blue and the lands were still held down by a stifling wall of constraint, a new leader rose among the ancient ruins of the Eastern lands and reclaimed it from his father's tyrannical, brutal enemies. This was the demon lord, Oh Sehun, son of the Northern Land's revered esquire. 

And off in a small village near the borders between the new Eastern nation and the old Western lands, lived a lively young woman. She was named Geum Jangmi, the Rose of the blossoming village of Shimo.

As the new leader journeyed across his newly founded country, he met the young girl. Their opportune encounter allowed the two to become acquintated. When trouble befell upon Jangmi, she seeked out her new companion for help. Would his hidden identity surprise her or would it repulse her?
