Three years gone by; Kyungsoo and his friends had finally finished their high school years.

As soon as he received his report card, he immediately ran towards his car, the engine and drove off with high speed to Karen’s hospital.

He took his report card with him and sprinted to Karen’s bedroom.

He stopped right in front of her door and placed his ear on the door attempting to hear voices of Karen’s fanboys. He waited, no sound. Finally, he confirmed that there is no one in her room except the girl herself.

“Hmm... isn’t usually there are boys who come to visit, why is it so quiet today?” he mumbled to himself.

He turned the door knob and pushed it open.

He was taken aback at how empty and clean the room looked like.

There laid Karen, in her coma.

Kyungsoo approached her and sat on the chair, provided beside the patient’s bed.

“Hi Karen! Today we’re graduating! I can go to university, heh... But it won’t be much fun when you’re not there with us to finally wear out toga dress and taking group photos.” He mumbled, sadness radiating from his voice as he opens his report card and lifted it up, attempting to show Karen as if she could see it.

“But oh well, time still goes by. We can get married soon and I would work very hard so we can go on honeymoon to Paris and all around the world.” Kyungsoo placed his warm hands on Karen’s and squeezed it tenderly; giving her all of his support.

“Karen, fighting!”
