He took her thumb finger, placing a sliver band around it. "As long as we're both wearing these rings, somehow, someway, we'll cross paths again. No matter how far you are away from me." He said, on the verge of crying. 

She put on a bittersweet smile, looking at his face once last time before she got in the car to go to the airport. She gripped onto his hands with hers, and cried softly into his chest, knowing that tomorrow, she would be thousands of miles away from him. "I'll miss you." 

"I love you." The two of them said simultaneously.
