“Do you have to go?” he asked her softly. She nodded sadly. “But you’ve only been here for five minutes.” He told her. “People might get suspicious.” She tried to get up from his lap but he wouldn’t let her go. “Yah.. let me go.” Suzy struggled with him lightly but he still wouldn’t release her from his grasp. “If someone sees us..” her voice trailed off ominously. “Let them.” Kris played with a lock of her hair.

“Let me go or I’m going to punch you.” Suzy warned her eyes still smiling. “Do it.” Kris answered simply & felt her fist collide with his left arm. “You really punched me.” Kris’s expression became pained. “You asked for it. Now let me go!” Suzy scolded him. “Fine.” Kris released her from his embrace finally. “Are you guys done in here?” Jia poked her head into the dressing room. “Just a minute unnie.” Suzy called back.

“I hate that we have so little time together.” Kris’s eyes turned sad. Suzy’s round face mirrored his expression. “We know this is going to be difficult.” She took a step forward & put her head on his shoulder. “I know Penguin.” Kris patted her head gently. “Yah stop calling me that okay?” Suzy’s cheeks turned pink. “You look cute this way.” Kris pinched her cheeks lovingly. Suzy tried to do the same & failed. “You’ve no meat on your cheeks.” She shook her head disappointedly causing Kris to chuckle.

Suzy was always saying random things out of the blue but he liked it because he was also the same. “I love you.” he reached for a kiss but she pushed him away. “Later..” she told him before rushing to the door. Kris sighed dejectedly when Suzy suddenly launched herself into his arms. “I love you too. Giraffe.” She looked up at him her eyes shining. That time around she didn’t protest when Kris reached down for a kiss & sighed quietly when his lips met hers.

For a moment Kris forgot everything. His fans, her fans, everything except the warm girl in his arms but it hadn’t been easy for Kris to change his status from Mr Invisible to the guy whom Bae Suzy belonged to.
