As time goes by, they become closer. But one day, unfortunately, Hana got into and accident. She has to have heart operation, so Kyungsoo sacrifice his heart for her. But tells the doctor not to tell Hana. When Hana was back from the hospital, she wait for kyungsoo in front of his apartment but he never show up... it because he is gone.And she maybe doesnt know but kyungsoo is right there, her heart.

3) sweet, gentle, but he can be too selfish sometimes and insensitive to other people's feelings
4) ljoe is an idol and haeun is just a normal girl. they have been.dating for years but as years comes by ljoe became more busy as his popularity rises. he began to ignore haeun's feelings, and sometimes made fun of haeun in front of his friends, and even.break.his promises.

3) l.joe always has this playboy look. But very sweet and knows how to flutter a girl
4) plot: l.joe found out haeun loves him, but rejected her in a mean way. Haeun turns cold after that and tries to avoid l.joe, which then makes l.joe realize that he was in love with haeun all along and try to get her back but failed.
