Trying to Understand
Description
Jongin always wanted to become an idol. Ever since that first ballet class when he was a kid. He was going to do anything to become an idol, even if it meant that he was going to be with 11 other boys in a group. Don't get him wrong, he loved the other boys, but each and every one of them were only there for one thing; to become solo. That is what an idol is to them. So they just it up and became a group. And Jongin was fine with that. But he lost his real friends from school; he lost himself. He was now Kai. The y and confident dancer of the group, even though Jongin was pure and shy. But he was determined to do anything to become an idol, even if he wasn't himself anymore. If he was going to finish his mission, then it is what it is.
A/N; Hello y and beautiful readers!! My feels for EXO right now is off the charts so here is a new fanfic! This idea was stuck in my head and it wouldn't come out until I have written it. So wish me luck and Subscribe!

Foreword
"Who are you, right now?" The girls across from the table had interest in her eyes now. She hadn't even touched her coffee throughout the whole time.
How unusual. Kai had thought. He didn't know how to answer this.
"What do you mean who am I, hun?" Charm was his specialty, but it wasn't working on her. It made him second guess himself.
"Kai" she raised one hand. "or Jongin" she raised the other.
Kai was speechless. He didn't know why he couldn't form the answer in words. And the girls dark eyes boreing into him wasn't helping him either. He was both, right? Of course. But why couldn't he answer her with those words. It was almost like she knew something he didn't. How frustrating to him. There was no more charming smile on his face, just blank.
"I don't know." he mumbled quietly. But she heard it, he knew.
"You know." she giggled a little. "Or, you eventually will know."
"Kai" he said abruptly.
"What was that again?" she almost had a victorious grin on her face, but she tried her best to hide the excitement.
"I'm Kai." he paused. "Right now"
He didn't know what he was thinking. Was it a spell. But he just felt like Kai at the moment. , he hasn't felt Jongin in awhile. The innocence that he used to have back then was shoved back and he missed it.
"Would you like to be Jongin again?"
He raised his head up quickly. He thought that she could be a mind reader. The grin on her face made him knew that she knew she hit the spot.
He mouthed a 'yes' without sound.
"Then come with me." She let a hand out, ready for him to take.
