0011: subscribe to the airline to be updated with your given schedule. you will get a notification from the crew once you may board your assigned plane.

0012: don't forget to give the airline an upvote if you wish too! C:

0013: as our guest you will be highly respected and given utmost importance. in return, we seek for your patience and civility as you work with us. if you wish to provide comments regarding our service, you may do so by messaging any of the staff. [penalty: ban]

0014: notify us when you have booked a flight by leaving a comment below. please do it in this format: "i have booked a/an insert class here (eg. economy class) seat." [penalty: dismissal]

0015: leave a credit with the pilot's name and the link to the airline on your foreword or description. use the airline's logo when doing this, and place living dead as the answer to the form's last question. [penalty: ban, dismissal]

0016: choosing a pilot, vip service, and a flight costs additional ticket fees. you will be guided with this in the form. remember that you should only send the payment after being notified to do so.

0017: if you encounter problems with our transaction then leave a comment and we will get to you.

0018: inform us if you will have changes with your account (changing username, deactivating) and story as soon as possible. [penalty for uninformed deactivation or deleting story: ban]

0019: use the graphics for a minimum span of one month. [penalty: ban]

0020: do not edit, or claim any of the designs as yours. [penalty: ban]

0021: if you wish to cancel your flight, leave a comment below. please take note that once your request is being processed, you are no longer allowed to cancel your flight.

0022: notify us when you are ready for boarding and have claimed your luggage through comment in this format: "i have claimed my luggage and I'm ready to board my flight."

0023: requesting in other shops after requesting here and vice versa is prohibited. [penalty: ban]

0024: rescheduling (redos) for our services will depend on the pilot's availability and flight. contact any of our personnel to be guided with this.

0025. the seat classes have been made for you to have options related to your transaction. however, it does not imply that you may pressure your chosen pilot once you choose classes that require fees (especially regarding how you expect the quality of your graphics will be). choosing them means that you trust them to provide you quality service, therefore you have no right to question their skills nor remind them that you did pay and that they should give you utter importance (in terms of speed, yes, but not in terms of quality). although you are a guest, the shop finds both the staff and you equal in importance. do not abuse your privileges.

0026: for all who booked under first class and business class: Once two of your chosen pilots have rejected your request, you will automatically be transferred to economy class. All available pilots will then have five days to survey your request and claim it voluntarily, however, once five days pass and no one has claimed it (given all three rejections), your request will be declined. Cancellations which may be sent during the process will also be noted.

> overview:
A. in this concept, you are in an airport. the featured idols are the airport staff, the designers are your pilots, and you are a guest (visitor)/passenger (upon requesting).

> the airport:
A. the foreword is the lobby, this section is the information counter, the baggage corner is for the unclaimed requests, the airline lounges are for requests that have not been assigned to a designer yet, and the souvenir shop is the events section.

> what are luggages?
A. these are your requested graphics. you are to claim them once you get an announcement that you are ready to board your plane.

> what are the three classes?
/ economy class - passengers who are booking a flight for free. you end up assigned to a flight under this section once the pilot claims your request (if not then your name will be in the lounge first).
/ business class - passengers who requested for a pilot but did not avail vip services. It only implies that you may choose the designer whom you like most and would surely provide you good graphics.
/ first class - passengers who both chose a pilot and availed vip services. this limits the transaction process to 5 days maximum before boarding (time will start after you send in your karmas). read the faqs for more information.

> what's the maximum capacity per flight?
A. that depends on the pilot. you will see the flight close if he/she is not taking passengers anymore. if this happens, you cannot choose any flight assigned to him/her.

> i availed a first class seat.
A. the owner will have 2 days to notify the designer you asked for and if she doesn't receive a response then she will inform you about this. you may either transfer to another designer under the same or in business class (take note that there will still be waiting time since you still have to wait for the designer's approval), or change to economy class instead. the count for this, by the way, will start after you send in your karma points.

> when will i send in my karma points?
A. you will be notified through comment of when you will send them. for business class passengers, you will be sending your karmas upon getting a reply. for first class passengers, on the other hand, you will send in the first 30 kps first. the rest of the points will be sent once you pick up your graphics. all of these points will be sent to your chosen designer/pilot.

> i did not receive a reply on my "pickup comment."
A. we do our best to reply if we see a reason to, and if we are not busy. like for example, you gave a worthy replying for feedback. if you just said "thanks," do not expect to get a reply.

> i did not receive a reply on my comment when i booked a flight.
A. we are probably busy and could not reply to you just yet. please wait for a bit, message the owner, or leave a comment again for clarifications. take note that you will get a reply even if your request is rejected.

> i/we was/were your affiliate but you removed me/us from your list.
A. the list of the shop's affiliates are being updated regularly and along with this, your threads are being checked as well. if nr was removed or not added after discussion, your thread will also be removed. other factors include deactivating, deleting your shop, or an act of misdemeanor towards nr or any of the staff with her work here involved.

> what types of graphics do you accept?
A. we accept posters, banners, backgrounds, and character charts only. all of these must be used for an existing or soon to be existing stories or threads only. graphics for profiles such as display pictures and advertisements will not be accepted.

> do you sponsor?
A. it varies upon the availability of the staff and the requirements which will be needed for the sponsorship. discuss this with the administrator privately through the thread's account.
