The fact that the CEOs of the companies Pledis, Woolim, and TOP Media have been meeting has became more obvious, but the reason why still remains unclear to the public. In private, these CEOs are finalizing the details on something they've been working on for a while now...
A brand new group!
This new group will be Co-Ed with a mixture of males and females. With the current state of the industry, everyone is searching for new concepts and ideas, but many companies have been experiencing much difficulty with this. Pledis, Woolim, and TOP Media decided to work

together to form a collaboration group, with trainees from each of their companies. However, they soon discovered another problem: when combined, the number of trainees in their companies was overwhelming. It took months of brainstorming and careful planning, before they were ready to begin.
"PWT Trainee Selection" is a program designed to narrow down the applicants until only the best remains. Only 12 trainees, 4 from each company, will be entered into the program. From there, 7 trainees will be eliminated throughout the progarm, leaving the remaining 5 to form the final group.
