Song Mi Hye, travelling from the land of rising sun to the country she was born and raised until her mother’s death, had only one thought floating in her mind: Three months from now, I’d be imprisoned. Yes, her marriage was nothing more than a lifelong prison for her. Not that her wishes were smelling the air of freedom most of the time even now, but it still troubles her that she’d be spending the rest of her life supporting a marriage that came more of a business venture for her father, and probably her future husband, than a relationship.

Her life was never hers’ to begin with; always dominated by her father’s decisions. She had only considered it a of luck or her fathers’ respect for her maternal grandmother that she would be spending her few months with her grandmother in South Korea before it was time for the wedding bells.
