we are seperated by these concrete walls, floors and windows. we can never hear each other through all this rocks and bricks

so every morning and midnight we would go out in the balcony

stare at each other while communicating through a medium that is so childish

a thin pure white board. and on it we silently wrote our hearts

somehow each time it sounded loud and clear
