On their wedding,Anna faint and she is admitted to the hospital for a surgery . Anna family,Kyungsoo and Jongin are very worried about her condition . After 2 hours of the surgery,the doctor sadly tell Anna family including Kyungsoo and Jongin that the operation are not succeed . Sadly,Anna already gone .. Kyungsoo and Jongin cry about Anna losing . Anna left a notes to Jongin and Kyungsoo before she gone . Its written ..
