It's been a months since Lay and Leila became Best friend and really close to each other. After the incident on the playground, Leila became awkward to Lawrence, and she decided to stay away from him to start moving on. Lay never left Leila's side especially when she needs him. 

 

Lay's POV

Leila and I became really close after I comforted her when she is broken hearted. And now I'm ready to tell her what I really felt. Hope she will accept it and already forgot her first love.

 

It's our lunch break and were eating here in the school garden, our favorite place.

 

"Hey Lei can we go out tonight? Let's have dinner" I said 

 

"Your treat?" She asked

 

"Of course I'm inviting you" I replied and bite my sandwich

 

"Wow Yixing will treat me, Nice~" She said happily 

 

"So I'll pick you up at six?" I asked and she just simply nod

 

Now I'm relieve that she accept my invitation hope it will going to be fine later.

After the class Leila went home immediately to prepare. She ask permission to her mom luckily she allowed her. While Lay is also preparing for his confession 

 

Leila's POV

I'm just waiting for Yixing to arrive. I just ware a simple dress. I've already move on to Lawrence, now I just want Yixing to know my feelings for him maybe this is the right time. 

 

I'm in my deep thoughts when I heard a knock and it's Lay

 

"Hi Yixing " I greet him

 

"Hi Lei you look Gorgeous in that dress" He said and I blush a little

 

"Thanks , so let's go" I said and we ride to his car

After a short minute of travel they arrive on fine dining restaurant.

 

"Good evening sir, do you have an reservation?" The receptionist said

 

"Reservation for Lay" Lay replied 

 

"Okay, table for two please follow me" The receptionist said and the two followed

 

The two sit on their designated table. Lay order for both of them and patiently wait for the food.

 

"Yixing ah where will we go after this?" Leila asked his best friend

 

"You will know later , lets eat first" Lay said and their food arrive 

 

"Yixing their food is expensive" Leila said 

 

"Don't worry Lei, my mom gave me extra allowance and it's okay as long it's for you" Lay said and smile

 

"Okay? So let's eat now I'm starving" Leila said 

 

After 133556785332 minutes they finished their dinner and went to their next destination were Lay will confess. 

They arrive at the Namsan tower and many couples are spending their time together.

 

"Hey Lay, what are we doing here?" Leila asked

 

"Nothing, I just want a romantic place" Lay lied. 

 

"Really?" Leila said because he don't believe on him

 

"Just stop asking and follow me and you will know" Lay said and hold Leila's hand and they go to the place

 

After the short walk, they now at the place were their is no people.

 

Lay get his guitar and start singing

After the heart warming song Lay started to speak.

 

"Leila I have something to tell you please listen carefully" Lay said and held Leila's hand. 

 

Leila look to Yixing's eyes and slightly nod

 

"Leila, when I comforted on the day that you will confess to Lawrence I already like you. I'm hurt because your hurt I don't like seeing you crying because of a person that doesn't love you . Now I gather all my courage to tell you that I love you, I'll protect you and always stay by your side. Would you accept my love for you" Lay confessed and handed a rose to Leila. 

 

Gladly Leila accept it and stare to Lay and hold his hand tightly.

 

"Yixing ah, I'm happy because now I now that someone cares and love me like the love I gave to them" Leila said and look at him

 

"Thank you for always being there for me and Lay Oppa I love you too" Leila Confessed 

 

Lay instantly hug Leila. Leila hugged him

back and smile.

 

"Leila thanks for accepting my love you don't know how happy I am. I will alway love you no matter what" He said 

 

"Saranghaeyo , Yixing  Oppa" Leila said

 

"Nado saranghae, Lei" 

 

Lay leaned closer to Leila while Leila shut her eyes.

 

He sweetly gave her a light peck.

 

Leila open her eyes and smile to Lay. They both happy that they finally said what they feel. Now they will start a new begging as a couple and forget about the painful past.
