In gathering the characters, be sure that the person that your going to use in the poster will connect the attitude of the character...

AND MAKE SURE TO DESCRIBE THE CHARACTHER WITHOUT SAYING:

"i'M CUTE" AND STUFF LIKE THAT, EXPRESS IT THROUGH ACTIONS
