In the future tecnology is very advanced . Robots make human's life easier and the most  modern tecnology is a machine that is set on babies brains when they born and it improves and gives humans capabilities .

When the machine is set it looks into the brain to see what the person  is capable to do and then the baby is transfered to a town where he can live with people like him .

There are 4 elements that are really hard to be  controled : wind, fire, earth and water .

In the country , there lived people without the AOQI (the brain machine) beacuse they were pour and they lived far from hospitals .
