"Ya, kiddo! Sulking again?"

That person grabbed Minah's arm making she stopped walking and turned back.

"Oh, hi!" Minah smiled.

"I'm not sulking," answered Minah as she looked at Lay stood infront of her, his hand still on Minah's arm. D.O stood behind Lay. "Annyeonghaseyo, D.O-ssi," greeted Minah politely.

D.O smiled. "Annyeonghaseyo, Minah-ssi. Where are you going?"

"Nowhere. Just walking around," answered Minah smiling.

Lay just stood there silently. He stared at Minah then let out a sigh, D.O heard it. D.O confusedly staring at Lay then Minah then back to Lay. "It's okay. Everything is gonna be okay," said Lay patted Minah's head while smiling.

Suddenly, Minah's eyes full of tears. She looked at the ceiling and fanning her face with her hand. "I'm not okay. You almost ruin my make up."

Lay helped Minah fanning herself. "Aigoo, our Minah is crying huh? Mian."

"What's wrong?" asked D.O panicked. He didn't even know what Lay were saying about and why did that make Minah cry. She was okay before but why she cried?

"It's okay," chuckled Minah. "I'm going to back to my girls. We need to do the rehearsal soon."

"Okay. See you there," exclaimed Lay.

"Bye, D.O ssi."

Minah walked back to the waiting room. Soon she reached the room. After re-touched her make up, she and the other member went to the stage to do the rehearsal.

"Fighting!" cheered Sojin to the younger girls.

Minah took a deep breath. The dancers was coming and the staffs was getting ready. Soon, the song played. Girl's Day performed 'All That Jazz' rehearsal.

Hyeri forgot her lyrics and hummed it randomly. Somehow, Minah felt like she need to do her best to cover other member's mistake. Hyeri was never good in English eventhough she was one of the smartest girl at her school. So Minah understood that she made a mistake on her lyrics.

Because of the nervousness she had, Minah felt like her voice was trembling at the highnote. Minah's pitch wasn't as perfect as she want to. Last night practice was way better.

After the song was over. Sojin scolded Hyeri and Yura one by one. Minah just looked on the ground, avoiding people's eyes. "Aigoo, why did you mess up the lyrics?"

"I'm sorry, Onnie." Hyeri smiled. Derply. She waved her hand infront of the manager, asking for the lyrics.

"Don't ever you dare to laugh at Hyeri on the stage," scolded Sojin tu Yura that almost laughed out laughed when Hyeri made a mistake.

"Yes, Mam!" answered Yura then turned to Hyeri to say sorry.

Minah kept silent as her make up being retouched again. "You did great." Sojin patted Minah's shoulder. "Your friend," pointed Sojin to Lay that just coming to the set with D.O, Baekhyun, and Chanyeol.

"You guys look funny with that wig," teased Sojin.

"We are The Beatles," said Chanyeol full of confidence.

"Yeah, yeah, I can tell," answered Yura.

Yura and Hyeri talked friendly with Baekhyun and Chanyeol but Sojin still worried over Minah. Lay noticed it. D.O knew something wrong but confused.

"You guys choose a good song," complimented Lay. "Your voice are amazing. Noona too."

"I told you, you did great," said Sojin to Minah.

Minah smiled a little. "Thanks but the song is a little hard for me."

"Which part?" asked D.O curious as he didn't even notice any mistake when they watched Girl's Day rehearsal.

"The jazz~ part?" guessed Sojin. Minah nodded. Lay patted her head.

"But that was good. Almost perfect," said D.O. No, he didn't say that to cheer Minah. Yes, that part was awesome.

Minah looked at D.O then Lay. Lay smiled, agreeing with D.O's word. She stared at Sojin then back to D.O. "Almost?"

"Just don't be too nervous," advised D.O sincerely.

Minah took the words deeply. She smiled. Finally, relaxing her harden cheek. "Thank you," said Minah to D.O.

D.O nodded and smiled. Lay just looked at both of them quietly, so did Sojin.

"Sorry for made you worried, onnie." Minah hugged Sojin.

"Mind to tell me what's wrong?" asked Sojin.

Lay nodded in agreement. "You shouldn't keep it to yourself or it would be like before," said Lay suddenly worried if Minah would breakdown like when they first met.

"It's just... What if I make a mistake again today? These chuseok shows are killing me," said Minah after she could stop her tears to fall down. "I thought I was good at high jump but I made a mistake on my first jump. I thought I could win the gold medal again but I failed. I thought I was good at archery then we lost."

Minah took a deep breath. "I thought I was doing my best but I was no good."

Lay patted Minah's head while Sojin hugged her tighter. "Is that why you didn't answer my text nor pick my call?" That was more like statement than a question cause Lay knew it already. After the olympic, he send her a message but she didn't answer. The day after the olympic, Lay called but Minah didn't pick up.

"Luhan-ssi told me to brag it to you but I had nothing to brag." Minah felt calm already. Atleast no tears threathen to fall. "What if I fail again?"

"I have nothing to say cause that's you and your way of thinking," said Lay.
Sojin gasped in shock. Lay chuckled. "But it always help to share right?"

Then Sojin nodded, finally got what he meant. Minah smiled. "Thanks."

D.O felt like out of place. He wasn't that close to her yet he somehow joined their deep conversation."You too, D.O-ssi. Thank you for hearing though maybe you didn't want to," said Minah sincerely then chuckled.
"It's okay-"

"EXO, stand by!" shouted one of the staff. EXO manager came called the boys too.

"See you guys later," said Sojin. She grabbed Minah's hand then walked together with Hyeri and Yura back to their waiting room after their manager told them to.

"Minah-ssi," called D.O as he running toward the girl. "I-I-," suttered him as all of Girl's Day member looked at him.

"I-I- just want to say something... Just enjoy the song. Don't be too nervous. Then it'll be perfect," said D.O finally.

Minah blushed a little. "Thank you, D.O-ssi."

Hyeri and Yura tried their best to hold their laughter but failed when D.O ran back to his group. "Oh my God! He's so cute," exclaimed Hyeri.

"Young love," teased Sojin.

That day EXO and Girl's Day did an awesome performance. Eventhough Girl's Day didn't win, Minah didn't feel upset cause she did great on the performance. The other member of the group did well too. The part was done nicely. Even the judges loved it and asked her to sing it again. Minah sang it again with a confident.

That day, Minah smiled all day long.

I couldn't update it everyday like I used to cause my brain isn't that brilliant ㅠ ㅠ ㅠ

I couldn't find the full show of Star Face Off, I only watched their cuts

so I didn't really got an idea here
