You sighed as you sat on the couch waiting for Lauren to arrive. Seungho had promised you a day out, but had been asked to babysit Lauren last minute, and of course he couldn’t say no. You couldn’t say no when he asked if it was alright, so here you were, giving up the would have been date to babysit. And no doubt he would spend the day fawning over Lauren and forgetting about you, which is what usually happened.

When her parents dropped her off with her little backpack full of snacks and things to play with, Seungho knelt down to ask her what she wanted to do today. “Can we go to the zoo?” She asked excitedly. You had to agree with her that going to the zoo at least had the potential to be fun.

“Okay! To the zoo!” You and Seungho both slipped your shoes one and headed out the door. When you all arrived at the zoo, Seungho didn’t run ahead holding hands with Lauren like you expected him to. Instead, he took your hand and lead you into the zoo after paying for tickets.

Seungho was careful to keep an eye on Lauren and never let her get too far from the two of you, but he also kept hold of your hand. The two of you stopped to look at the animals while Lauren was bouncing around next to Seungho. You were happily surprised by how much attention Seungho was giving you with Lauren around.

When he wanted to go into the reptile hut though, you and Lauren both tried to pull away. “Oppa! I don’t want to go in there! You know I don’t like snakes!”

“Appa! No!” You and Lauren both protested.

“Oh come on, it won’t be scary! They are all behind glass!” Seungho said, dragging you both in behind him. Lauren clung on to your free hand, hiding behind you when you got close to an animal exhibit. The two of you tried to keep as much distance between you and the snakes as possible. Seungho on the other hand, was enjoying all of the reptiles.

After finally managing to get him out of the hut, Lauren started whining. “I want to go see the panda!” She said with a pout. Seungho sighed, pretending to put up a fight after being forced away from the lizards.

“Oppa I want to see the panda too!” You said, moving to stand next to Lauren. She took your hand and smiled up at you.

“Unnie,” she said happily, “can we go see the pandas?” You nodded and the two of you started skipping off. “It looks just like you Appa!” Lauren said, pointing from the panda to Seungho. He shook his head, but couldn’t help smiling at her.

Seungho shifted to stand next to you, his arms wrapping around your waist while Lauren was distracted by the pandas. “I’m better looking than the pandas, right?” He asked softly. You turned to smile at him.

“Mmmmm…” you pretended to have to think about it, making Seungho feign being shocked. “You’re my favorite panda.” Seungho smiled at your words and kissed you gently.

“Eww!” You broke apart to look down at Lauren who was covering her eyes.

“What?” Seungho chuckled.

“You were kissing!”

“That’s what people do when they are in love,” Seungho said and stuck his tongue out at Lauren. The three of you then made your way to the petting zoo. Lauren went in to play with the animals and other children while you and Seungho waited for her outside of the fence.

“I can’t wait until we start a family of our own Jagiya.” Seungho’s arms wrapped around your waist again.

“Oppa, there are kids everywhere!” You said while blushing.

“I’m just holding you Jagi,” he laughed.

You smiled at him. “You really want us to have a family?”

“I’ve been thinking about it for awhile. We’ll have adorable children. Just look at us! Our future kids will have such good genetics.”

“Appa!” Lauren came running out of the petting zoo after washing her hands. “Can we go home now? I’m sleepy.”

“Yes, let’s go.” Seungho knelt down, letting Lauren climb up on his back so she wouldn’t have to walk. He carried her easily and held on to your hand, walking out of the zoo like a little family.
