Today was such a normal day except that the infinite boys are acting weird towards you, its just they were always following you wherever you go and they're not like the happy-go-lucky boys you saw yesterday, they were acting cold and emotionless like a statue following you around

"ermm why are you doing this?" You asked hoya who was a flirt yesterday but today he was different and acting weird. 

"We just need to do this, for your safety" he simply said "EH what safety are you all talking about?" you don't even know anything and those things they're doing is really giving you creeps

*hmm i'll just asked myungsoo later"* i thought as the class started

as the class went through you checked them one by one, you noticed how stoic they was not even moving all the time in class... *sheesh! what's with them when in school someone's protecting me and when im at work its also the same? who am i really? and from whom do they need to protect me* you thought and notice that the professor was done in his lecture and noticed that the seven of them is looking at you

"I'll take you home now come" myungsoo said coldy to you, and lead you to his car

"eh but i can walk, my apartment is near the school" you said but you remember that you'll gonna ask him

The short trip was silent and the moment you arrived infront of the building you find the courage to ask him

"uhmm why are you doing this?" you asked and faced him but he is not answering and then yoy continue to talk

"did you know that someone was also saying that he needs to protect me.. and you know what he kinda look -like you its just that he's different, really different" you said and saw him flinch *maybe somethings really wrong* still he is not talking

You lose hope and tired of waiting for him to talk you bid goodbye "i'll just see you next week thank you for the ride" you simply said as you opened the car door "Meet me at the Han river later at 8 don't go to your work later, make an excuse, i'll explain everything" He said holding your hand but he's not lookling at you but on his steering wheel *maybe this is really serious* you thought and finally gave a call to ahjumma that you cannot come to work later

it was already 8pm and you made your way to Han river hoping that everything will be answered tonight

You arrived at the han river trying to look for a certain figure but he was nowhere to be seen, you walked and walked *aish maybe he's coming by now* you didn't lose hope and walked again. 

Then suddenly you saw a familiar figure, he was alone and isolated from the other persons strolling by. You walked to his direction but before you reach him he turned to you looking so serious "L?" you were confused seeing him here and not myungsoo.. you still walk to him until your close enough for you to talk

"Why are you here? uhmm im meeting someone, but he's still not here" you explained to him as the breeze coming from the river makes you shiver

"He's here" L said looking straightly at your eyes "Eh? he's here? how did you know i mean do you know him?* you asked now everything is so confusing and somewhat you're becoming irriateted to it

"He's here with you. standing in front of you" he finally said but still making you confused "Hey L stop joking me! it can't be you.." you still manage to say, for you jokes cannot be accepted now

"IM NOT JOKING! it's really me.." with this you were startled and you felt that your brain cannot process it anymore

"Myungsoo?" you suddenly asked to confirm and yes he nodded

"H-hhow? i mean why do you need to act as a different person?"  you asked him trying to unlock everything

"because i'am not a person, im not a human..." he simply said making you gasped at what you hear *not a human?* you were speechless at the moment

"Im a Demon, prince of all demon " you don't know what to say anymore, his eyes turned again into a red orb 

"I have a two identites because im hiding myself as a human at day and a demon at night,, "he continued to explain to you but you were astounded at what he had said "soo.. are you also the reason for the lost of some persons?" you asked him trying to act tough and to your horror he nodded making you gasped

"so why am i involve in here?" you said looking at his eyes. "because you're in danger.." he said making you confused again "why am in danger?" you asked him "because you're soul is different from any other human being, and the fact that you hold the pearl that can change the world, that pearl was from my ancestors, it contains different souls that were lock inside and the person who has a pure heart can be the only one who could hold it ironic isn't it?. and if an evil person holds it other demons like me will be unleashed and can destroy your world and can also destroy our world"  L explained letting to sink everything he said to you

"who are the one's following me?" you asked remembering last night when he suddenly carried you and ran

"they're beast, they are the 6 sons of my uncle, inshort they're my cousin"*woah another story i should say* 

"what are they planning to do? to me" you asked as the cold breeze make you shiver again and the fact that now you know who makes you're life miserable right now

"they're planning to get you and your pearl from you, they want to rule the world like their father want" He's expression was full of hatred and suddenly you felt a warm aura coming from him

Then a question popped in your mind "is  the other infinite same as you?" you asked him " yes they are" making you flinch again *so i was sorrounded by demons oh god why do i have to live like this* 

"Don't worry we won't hurt you, we promised to protect you no matter what.." He said assuring you that everything will be fine

"But why? what can you get from this?" you asked not thinking about other thoughts especially the negative ones

"The balance of your world from us" He simply said *wow how nice for him to think of that* this thought makes you realized that there are not bad as yo thought and maybe you could trust them then slowly you tend to smile already knowing that they're beside you

MYUNGSOO POV

*i revealed to her everything that i kept.. i was scared that she might move away from me but i just couldn't lie to her anymore* then all those thoughts was gone when i saw her smile again.. i stared at her and smile also appear into my face

"OMO! you're smiling!" she said making my head turn to her she was like an angel shining brightly on the moon too bad were different making me frown again

"Awww why are you frowning now?" i was surprised that she hold my face, smiling, her soul was really different and makes me want her now.. but i resist myself..

"nothing,," i simply said trying to avoid her " EH? why is that? hmmm can i ask you some questions?" she said acting so cute while pouting "What is it?" i simply asked her

"Do Demons eat normal food?" what a question is that? but her being so silly makes me smile again

"we are, but we still need to eat souls to survive" i explained to her and she only nodd in agreement. Then i saw her run and went into a certain food stand

"here" she said to me giving me a potato? "Eat! its delicious!" she said to me guiding me and trying to put the potato into my mouth

"isn't it delicious?" she said smiling at me while munching her food *aishh this girl, i know im not a human but i know how to eat properly* i thought as i wiped . 

"keke~ thank you uhmmm L or myungsoo?" she asked me frowning "L, call me L during night" then her face smiled brightly at me

"thank you L~!" she said merrily as she skipped and twirl around the han river. 

*i was happy that she finally accepted everything about me, maybe her being too innocent is also nice keke~!*

it was already pass 10 and L decided to take you home and told you that them demons are stronger than night than in day that's why you should always be careful

Then finally the both of you arrived at your apartment...

"L.." you said making him looked at you then you continued to talk "ermm thank you for being there for me" you finally told him and then you blushed and looked away from him. But you didn;t notice that he also blushed and just looked down to hide his face with his bangs " Its' nothing! " he said and then he suddenly he carried you to your apartment "see you" he finally said and leave

When he was gone you remember everything that happened tonight and instead of being scared you felt so light and happy that you have those 7 boys with you... being so tired today you didn't notice that you felt asleep again 

"clumsy girl..." he said as he watched her sleeping figure and suddenly gone
