Dare to Dream
Description
Baekhyun believes in following his dreams...even though he doesn't have any set life dreams for himself. He thinks everyone should do the same even when sacrifices have to be made. Raised by his grandmother who home schooled him his entire life up until she fell ill... Baekhyun is thrown into public school where his life is turned upside down by his peers. He meets Jongin, the one everyone wants to be in school. He comes from a family of money..if a family is the word you would use. His life is set out for him, ruining any chance of being a professional dancer and therefore taking away his hope for a happy life. Disrupting his dark attitude, Baekhyun enters his life leaving an impression that he can never soon forget. The story follows the two on their journey of love and the obstacles that life brings.
Foreword
"We can't have everything we want in life, Baekhyun..."Jongin rubs his face with his hands.
"You can if you fight for it." Bakehyun leans against the wall across the room, the dim light reflecting the tears slightly running down his cheek.
***Jongin...why do you always want to give up when it gets hard?***
"What if you're not willing to fight for it anymore? Then what?" Jongin looks at him with that same cold stare.
"You can't give up so easily when it's something you love, Jongin!" Bakehyun pushes himself off the wall and paces the floor.
"You said yourself that sacrifices were a part of life.." Jongin stands and grabs his bag from the floor.
"So this is it then? It meant nothing to you to come this far?" Baekhyun glares at him, finally making eye contact.
***How can you not realize that this is important to me too...***
"I couldn't have done any of it without you, Baek.." Jongin walks to the door refusing to look at him again.
"Then don't go...stay here. Lets work through this together..." Baekhyun looks at him with pleading eyes.
***Please, turn around, Jongin....don't you love me?***
The door opens.....
Bakehyun gasps and walks over, wraps his arms around Jongin's waist, and presses his face against his shoulder.
"Stay with me, Jongin...Dare to dream...remember?"
