»   it has been one thousand and sixteen years since the nuclear holocaust consumed what was left of the once green planet. the few remaining survivors retreated to the unknown "exo planet" in hopes of re-building a prosperous society. the population of exo planet were quick to reproduce and noticed that others had gained supernatural abilities. the population was then divided into twelve distinct districts; flight, time control, healing, telekinesis, electricity, frost, teleportation, earth, water, wind, light and flame.

due to over population, twenty four young men and women, of whom have exceeded the "age of majority", will be chosen to participate in the honoured annual "exocution games", where only one district may be left to reap the spoils of victory.
