Vania's POV

“Let’s just stay here. We can’t catch the sun at the beach, though,” I said as I looked at the time. It's 30 minutes to six and we’re at the edge of the amusement park.

“Fine, come here,” Kevin said as he continued running. As he did that, I also running but at a certain point, I was exhausted so Kevin could catch me.

“Got you,” he said as we looked at our right. It was a Ferris wheel.

“Wanna ride this?” Kevin asked as I nodded. It’s always being my dream to ride a Ferris wheel with a special someone. Well, it didn’t mean that I consider Kevin as my special someone, did I?

“After you, my lady,” Kevin said when it’s our time to enjoy the ride. I smiled at him as I got in. Then Kevin followed me and the operator closed the door. It was a quite silence after we got in, but when we already reached the top…

“Oh my gosh. Kevin, look!” I said as I pointed at the sunset. Kevin saw the spot that I pointed as he looked at it in amaze.

“I wish we can stay here longer,” Kevin suddenly said when we heard a ‘creak’ sound. Then the operator said from the mic.

“Sorry for all the passengers. We have a little technical problem so please stay calm and wait until the ride is fixed.”

“Good, wish granted,” I blurted out as Kevin looked at me.

“What happened?”

“The Ferris wheel appears to be in trouble somehow so we have to wait until it works again.” Then out of the blue, Kevin leaned forward.

“Vania, do you know that your face is so beautiful when a sun light hits your face?” Kevin said as he touched my face. I blushed instantly as we looked at each other. ‘I wish this moment could last forever.’ As the sun went to its resting place, the cold breeze of the night blew in and made me shivered.

“Are you cold?” Kevin asked me as I nodded. Then he moved next to me as he hugged me from the side.

“Kevin…”

“Yeah?”

“Thanks for today,” I said as he looked at me.

“Actually I’m the one who have to thank you. Thanks for introducing me to this cool place,” he said as we exchanged smiles. I was about to looked somewhere else when Kevin cupped my face and pulled me into a kiss again. But the kiss is… it’s so great until I can’t describe it until the very little details. We even forced ourselves until we’re totally out of breath. After we broke up the kiss, the Ferris wheel starting to work again.

“Is the Ferris wheel have a magic power or something? Why after we kissed, the Ferris wheel starting to work again?” Kevin asked as I chuckled.

“Maybe it’s just a coincidence,” I said.

“A good one,” Kevin added as the operator opened our door.

“Sorry for the inconvenient,” the operator said as we got out from the ride.

“So this is it. The time when we start to call each other again,” Kevin said as we walked out from the amusement park and I bitterly smiled. Then I remembered something.

“Anyway, there’s a souvenir shop right after we exited, so…”

“Let’s go,” Kevin said as he pulled me to the exit sign. As we got out, we also went in the souvenir shop so we were searching for anything cute. I saw a penguin from the ‘Happy Feet’ movie that we have ride.

“Awh, it’s so cute,” I said as Kevin looked at the penguin doll too.

“Fine, let’s buy it,” Kevin said as we walked to the cashier carrying the penguin doll. I was about to open my purse when Kevin already paid for the doll.

“Thank god my wallet isn’t wet because of you,” he mumbled as he gave the doll to me.

“Wait…”

“…And let’s just say that it’s my gift to you.”

“Thank you,” I said as we walked to Kevin’s car. Then he drove me to my mom’s office where my mom’s waiting for me.

“Bye. See you next time, sweetie,” Kevin said as we arrived at my mom’s office at half past 8.

“See you next time too,” I said as I went out of the car, seeing my mom looking at me.

“Vania, having a great time with your friends?”

“Yeah, I am.”

“Now let’s go home,” she said as she her motorcycle and we rode back home. By the way, I forgot to tell you that I lied to my mom so I can go with Kevin. Oops, worst mistake ever.

Kevin’s POV

“BEST DAY EVER!” I yelled as I opened my dorm’s room.

“Oh, our Vinny is having a good time, is he?” someone which I knew said.

“No way, Kiseop?”

“Yap, it’s me,” Kiseop said as he jumped out to my sight.

“Kiseoppie hyung…” I said as I hugged him.

“Don’t hug me too long. Your girlfriend will be mad,” Kiseop said as I released him.

“Hyung, don’t say that,” I whined as the others got out, including Dong Ho and Eli.

“Oi Kevin, why didn’t you tell us that you already asked her to be your girlfriend?” SooHyun  teased me as I blushed. But…

“Wait, I haven’t asked her yet,” I blurted out making the others jaw dropped.

“Really?!” Hoon asked in disbelief.

“Yeah, I’m waiting for the right time,” I said as the others face palmed.

“Sorry, no offense, but… how many exactly have you kissed her?” AJ asked as I blushed heavier. Then as I looked down, I held up my pointer and middle fingers.

“Twice?! You already kissed her twice and you haven’t asked her?!” Eli yelled as I nodded.

“Hyung, confess to her…” Dong Ho whined as Kiseop brought us some chips.

“Knock this topic off for now. Let’s celebrate Vinny’s successful date , shall we?” he said as we carving chips that Kiseop brought.
