CAP and Niel have been acting overly affectionate lately but it's not like they haven't been since Teen Top's debut...

but what caught ricky's attention is how the two would always go out just by themselves during free days and how niel doesn't complain about CAP's obsessive picture taking of him and too much skinship...

Ricky has already asked everyone else if they knew something but he ended up with nothing.. until he came down with one theory : CAP and Niel are dating...

note: i know i have another one shot about niel and CAP getting together through another story.. but hey it's fun making stories of  the possibilites of how CAP and Niel got together because they are super adorable ^_^ peace
