Chapter 1

Siena's POV

'NO!' i thought, this can't be happening. Mom, Dad, please don't leave.  Please! I can't do it.... I can't do this...

MOM wake up! mommy...please wake up. Daddy, please...please tell me I am having a night mare. Please....

"Miss Yen, I am very sorry." Docter Lee said,

"No....no..no....wake up ...just wake up..please.." I sobbed as i fell to my knees.

Why is this happening now?  Why...just why...

I pulled Casey in for an embrace as we cried vigorously in to eachother.  Just an hour ago, we were both at home preparing dinner for mom and dad.  Now...now we are at the hospital. We sat in the waiting room for what seemed like forever, even though we weren't waiting for anyone.  There was no one that we could call, or that we could depend on.  Our relatives were against my parent's getting married, therefore our family was shunned.  So now, being the oldest by 2 years, must make my own decisions. Oh Mom, what should I do? How am I going to support both me and Casey? I got up along with Casey and went home, to an empty house.

Home suddenly felt very empty and cold.  I went to my room and  began to frantically  take down all signs of me being a teenager, because starting tonight, I am an adult.  I started with the numerous amount of BTOB posters on my wall and the various types of stuffed animals.  Throwing them in to a bag, I began to rearange my mind set.  As tears were streaming down my face, I refused to let myself have a break.  I just have to become an adult, I have to... I can't be a bother.  I just can't...Mom and Dad taught me better.

"Siena...Siena.. SIENA!"  Casey yelled,

"WHAT?" I yelled as he ran and pulled me in to an embrace.

Only being 16, he was already bigger and taller than me. He held me tight to comfort me.  His beating heart was helping me stop shaking.  We were both sobbing and letting everything sink in.

"What... are you doing Siena?" he asked calmly,

"I have to take care of us Casey. You're my only family now, and no matter what we will live happily and comfortably, just like mom and dad always wanted." i explained,

"Siena...I'm scared." Casey admitted,

"Don't be, I am here, everything will be okay, trust me." I said,

I took him to his room and put him in bed.  He was fast asleep as I stayed next to him for support.  Once I knew he was okay, I went back to my room to continue my clean up.  I began picking up the bits and pieces of the shredded BTOB posters I had on my floor. Flashbacks of my friends and me fangirling came to mind, so did memories of me telling mom everything I ever knew about them.  She was always say, " so honey, when am I going to meet you're non-exitent boyfriend Peniel?" We would always laugh at that. 

I put everything in a bag and threw it out.  All my posters and animals were gone, all was left was a bland room. 

Peniel's POV

"THANK YOU CAMBODIA!" I yelled exiting the stage,

What a wonderful country, I had so much fun here.  It was a great concert for our last night.  Sungjae was still full of adrenaline and was bouncing off the walls, what a kid.  Everyone got in to the van to get back to hotel, we all wanted to go swimming for a bit before we leave this beautiful country. Before heading out to the pools I decided to ring my family back in the states.

"Hey are you coming Peniel" Minhuk asked,

"Yeah, in a bit, i'm going to call my mom." I replied.

The boys left while my phone was ringing.

"Hello, Peniel?" my mother asked,

"Hi mom, how are you?" I asked,

"I'm okay, how was the concert?" she asked, her voice a bit shaken,

"It was great, I want to take you and dad here one day, Cambodia is great. Are you okay mom?" i replied,

"Yes, listen, I have to go now but call me before you go on the plane tomorrow okay?" she said,

"Okay, love you mom." i said.

"Love you Peniel, be safe." mom replied.

I knew her to well to see that she was hiding something from me.  I hope everything is okay.  I wonder if I should call her again to get her to tell me what was bugging her.  Did her and dad get into a fight?  Is Jenn okay? Ugh I wonder.
