for those who don't know what exactly this is. . .
let me explain! /waves my wand;

❥ If I see you being active, meaning I see you on tl everyday, I will send you a tweet saying;

yay you are active! as a reward, I'll be granting you three wishes! so tell me who you wish for, I'll try my best c: - luna ♡

❥  what you have to do is simple, first, give me three people you wish for

❥ I shall then actively hunt look for these people to join us

❥ If I do manage to grant your wish, I will notify you

❥ If you can't think of anyone, or can't think of three, you can tell me anytime in the future, as long as you're active

❥ If you are no longer active, I will no longer hunt grant your wishes
