Tao's mother forces him to attend college, but Tao is reluctant because he knows he'll only be used and kissed up to. Despite his protests, he is sent to go to the University of Seoul where he meets Hee Sun, one of the smartest students in Korea. When Tao meets Hee Sun he is shocked that she doesn't  seem to care about who he is, which he finds intriguing. Despite knowing that Hee Sun is an introvert and won't open up to him easily Tao desparetly wants to break down her four walls and get to know her, and soon falls for her.
