A/n2: sorry I'm so lazy to clarify myself. Lol. I just realized that its a kaisoo edit, sorry to disappoint you guys, IT'S BAEKSOO!! If you are sharp enough to notice the tags there's no kai ^^ though I ship kaisoo a lot too :) 

kyungsoo doesnt know since when blinking became such a burden to him because with every blink he takes, he captures another picture of him, another moment of him and kyungsoo doesnt want that to happen because when there are too many images in his head he cant keep up with all of them and soon some of him will slip off his mind. kyungsoo doesnt want this to happen, he wants to keep every moment of him, be it in his mind or his camera, but kyungsoo just wants to keep everything in his heart because the heart is what keeps him alive isnt it? if he puts him in his heart, he will be the one keeping him alive? kyungsoo doesnt know what to feel. he wants him to be in his heart because its him that keeps his heart beating fast everyday however its also him that makes his heart dies a little every time he sees him. kyungsoo doesnt like this at all, how can someone give you so much of life yet take some of it away? its impossible, the last time kyungsoo checks, things dont work out like that. and then it hits him, as much as he wants him, he cant have him, he's too far away, like the stars lying across the pitch black sky, they shine, they standout yet we cant reach them because they are too far. kyungsoo frowns. he knows nothing will change if he doesnt try to reach out for his shining star.so he tries.

kyungsoo got himself a camera, he took many pictures of him. soon, kyungsoo realized that there is a pattern to all of his pictures. they were all taken from a good distance away, never too close yet never too far to miss him out because kyungsoo knows that if he gets too close, the images get blurred and he doesnt want him to be blurred away like that.

he knows when to smile at kyungsoo's camera, he knows when to make faces at kyungsoo's camera because he was always one step ahead of kyungsoo's racing mind. most importantly he knows how to put on a smile that makes kyungsoo's heart race faster than his mind.

kyungsoo's face dropped a little when the camera says "Memory full, do you want to delete pictures?" because he doesnt want to delete any of it, every picture has a story behind it and once its deleted, it will be forgotten. so kyungsoo tucked it back into his bag and said to himself, "today my eyes will be the shutter and  my mind will be the lens."

he captured him from a distance that his camera would not be able to capture. images taken by the camera will get blurred when it gets too close to the object. kyungsoo's eyes doesnt, the closer he gets, the clearer he sees him and it is every different to look at him up so close.

so close that their noses almost touch. so close that kyungsoo could count the many long eyelashes above his eyes. one, two, three, four, five, six, eight, ten? or was it nine eye lashes? kyungsoo stops at eight and loses himself by nine.  at ten, he finds himself staring back at the dark yet calm pool of warmth. kyungsoo sinks in deeper and deeper by the count of eleven, twelfth and thirteen and by fourteen, he couldnt see anything except for him. his eyes that look so deep kyungsoo doesnt want to come back out of it. he wants to stay there forever, basking in the warmth and tenderness. 

fifteen.

on the fifteenth second, time stopped. everything around kyungsoo was so magnified that they were all just a blur background behind him. what his shutter captured was the object before him. 

he captured his heart.

he captures his lips.

kyungsoo closes his eyes. moments like these do not require a camera anymore. kyungsoo doesnt need a camera to remember a moment like this. he already had him in the back of his eyes. every distance that he was closing in, millimeter by millimeter kyungsoo made sure to capture every one of it and when distance equals to zero,  time equals to zero too because it stopped for kyungsoo to savor every thing that was frozen in this time dimension. 

the camera might be able to capture a moment of two people kissing each other but it wont be able to capture how they feel when this moment happened. because the camera doesnt know how long have they been waiting for this moment. the camera doesnt know how kyungsoo was always wrong to think that his shining star was a billion light years away. the camera doesnt know that he will only shine for kyungsoo and he is willing to fall from the sky if he is too far away from kyungsoo. the camera doesnt know a lot of things but kyungsoo knows many of it.

kyungsoo knows how soft and tender were his lips against his as they clinged onto each other longingly, lips moulded perfectly against each other. he knows how warm was his skin against his as they zeroed in the distance between them. he knows how soft were his touches as he tangled his slender fingers in his fluffy bed of hair. kyungsoo also knows, that his breath was ragged from the lack of oxygen and was blew across his face as he rest his head against his forehead.

kyungsoo's  head was lifted up and he found himself soaking in the familiar pool of warmth again. no words are needed because they were so close to each other kyungsoo was sure that he can hear what was racing across his mind.a faint blush bloomed across the milky complexion, making it rosy red. it reminded kyungsoo how fast was his heart beating at that moment.

do you love me?

yes, i do. forever and always.

and the soft petal of his lips landed on kyungsoo's again.

kyungsoo went back home and took out the camera to place it on his desk. he took out his journal and began to write in it.

sometimes we do not need a camera to capture moments of that perfect someone, we do not need a camera to capture everything in concrete memory and neither do we need a camera to close in the distance between us. the heart and mind are very amazing because they will keep that moment for you if you think its precious enough. you do not need many moments to remember how much you love him, because having him in your life is enough to keep you noted. today is wanjeon wanjeon totally daebak, i can never bring myself to pen it down, because one wrong word might ruin the entire moment. all i have to say is, thank you baekhyun, for falling from the sky and into my arms. i love you <3

the best picture ever taken by kyungsoo? its in his heart, and dont even think about stealing it away because he has already locked it tight with baekhyun's love.
