Airplanes…

Myungsoo hates airplanes.

He is fine with the touchy security, the waiting in lines, and the crowds outside in the airport and would prefer traveling hours through crowded airport riffraff than to sit torturously in literally a hunk of metal that rockets itself off the ground into a steerable projectile.

He hates the food on planes. The prepackaged crap in either foil or plastic wrap that is simply heated up and served.

He hates the smell on planes. A mix of airplane food and the stuffy air that is to be shared by about 200 other passengers.

He hates the turbulence. How his ears plug up when they take off and land. And the unsettling feeling his stomach get whenever the plane is shaking in midair.

He dreads the feeling of needing to use the bathroom, because let’s just face it, you’ll be doing your business thousands of miles in the air in a moving and shaking hunk of decorated metal in a stall smaller than and maybe just as smelly or worse than a port-a-potty…

And he hates how he just can’t fall asleep comfortably because of all the reasons listed above.
