Taecyeon and Yoona were a happy married couple. They just had their first child named Yumi, she was the most precious gift from god. Everybody said that nothing would happen to their perfect family but they were wrong. On her way home Yoona met with the most terrible fate, a drunk driver had ran the red light and hit Yoona car causing the car to flip into a ditch. Taecyeon had got the call from the police that his wife was in critical condition , he couldn't believe it. Taecyeon took a look at his daughter who was sleeping in her grandmothers arms, he couldn't help but let the tears fall down his cheeks. When he arrived at the hospital he checked at the counter to see which room Yoona was staying in. As soon as he got her room number he ran all the way there, when he got there the doctor and police officer were standing outside her room. Taecyeon made his way towards them hopeing he would get good news from them, but they wouldn't say anything to him. So he decided to just enter the room on his own, there he seen her attached to wires. His heart broke after seeing the sight, he walked closer to the bed with tears falling down his eyes. Yoona hands moved, she slowly looked up at Taecyeon. She tried to smile but it was too weak, Taecyeon grabbed her hand and brought it close to his face.

"TAecyeon..." She moved the masked to speak but Taecyeon made her stop talking.

"Yoona you can't leave me and Yumi. You hear me? Your going to get throught this." He was trying to stay positive but Yoona already knew the end was near.

"Taecyeon...I want... you to...know that...whatever happens to me...promise me that... you would live happy with Yumi." She started to cough really hard.

"Don't speak like that. Your going to make it Yoona, I know you are."

"I'm sorry...that I can't stay...with you...forever. Just...know that...I really love you."

That was her last words to him until the line went flat. Taecyeon was shocked, he kept on shaking Yoona to wake up but she wouldn't move. The nurse and doctor then came into the room trying to revive Yoona. But it was too late, she was gone and they couldn't do anything about it. Taecyeon fell onto his knees and started to cry harder. This cruel fate that he wished that could have been avoided. Taecyeon watched as they  took Yoona body from the room. How is he going to explain this to their newborn daughter? Taecyeon gets home and see his mother sitting on the couch waiting for him.

"Why are you by yourself Taecyeon? Where is Yoona?"

"She's gone eomma."

"What do you me?"

"She's no longer her with us eomma. God took her from me and Yumi."

"No..no..no, that can't be."

"I don't want to believe it either but it's true. I have to tell my father-in-law that his daughter is gone."

"This is so hard to believe."

"Where is Yumi?"

"She's in her room sleep, I had just put her down again."

"Eomma thank you. You could go home now."

"Are you going to be okay by yourself Taecyeon>"

"Yes eomma. See you soon."

"Okay call me when you need me okay."

"Okay."

Bye Taecyeon."

"Bye eomma."

Taecyeon walked up the stairs making him feel more weak then he was before. He walked up to Yumi room, slowly opening the door to see the sleeping beauty. She looke so much like Yoona and it hurt Taecyeon heart even more. He walked closer and touched his daughter forhead, moving the strained of hair out of her face. It was going to be hard for her to not have a mother at a young age.

"Yumi ah, eomma said she was sorry...." the hot tears started to form again.

"Appa is going to do his best at making you happy."

Each day was hard for Taecyeon since Yumi was a newborn she would wake up in the middle of the night waking Taecyeon up with her cries. He hardly had any sleep, he wonder how Yoona did it every night.Each day Taecyeon would improve at taking care of Yumi, he couldn't even thinking living his life if Yumi wasn't there. She was the most precious thing to him.

My first time writting a one shot, so it might not be so good. I know I still have some ongoing stories but I had this idea while watching a movie and wanted to write it down. I do not own any of these chracters and pictures, this is all make believe. Please do not copy, it hurts me very much. If you think this story seem identical to your story it was not my attention to do that. Let's see how well it goes from here.
