are aware that our posters are not perfect, but we promise that we will improve along

Ah, everyone's favorite part.  Let's make this quick, shall we?

oo1 )  Subscribing is a must.  Please do not unsubscribe after you receive your order.

oo2) Comment after you place your order and comment again after you receive it.  

oo3) Please provide us with at least one HD picture.  It makes our lives so much easier.  

oo4) Be sure to credit us somewhere in your story by copying and pasting the logo provided
in the foreword, mentioning us, or both.  

oo5) Do not bash our work or rush the artists.  We're humans too and need
time in our lives as well, believe it or not.  

oo6) You are allowed to request at another shop, just please use our graphics
for a while before switching.  (All the designers here work for free and spend their time
into making you posters and whatnot)

oo7)  If there is a change in your request or if you would like to cancel it, please tell us ASAP.
It takes time to plan out the design and it would help if you tell us if you tell us before we invest too much time
into a design that's bound to be changed.
