Together as One

Reviving a Passion

Boredom. Everyday was beginning to move forward in a robot-like manner. Everything was precise and repeating. The lengthy schedules and grueling practices had become the norm. Bora had gotten into the career for her love of dance. She loved how it felt to let herself go to the music. She was a dancer, and it was something that had been apart of her ever since she was a small child. She didn't care about the fame, but it wasn't something she could fully say she didn't like. Being in the career did have one noticable benefit, she had been able to meet the man of her dreams.

Their story was nothing special. It was no "love-at-first-sight" happening that every fan or girl in general hoped would happen. It was a simple friendship that budded into more, but that made it something perfect. They weren't two strangers who got together for the hopes of , or the title of being with someone. They were more. They felt a mutual sort of love. Unconditional in it's nature, it lack the peversion factor that the relationships around her seem to have.

Having had nothing planned for the evening, Bora had no clue how she would spent her evening- this was a luxury she didn't often have. She had been so used to being stucked in her practice room. Dancing was great, yes. However, there was no variety. It was all about showing off her body. The moves weren't always about being fresh and fun; it was mostly to attract the male audience. It wasn't until a text message arrived that the sour mood she was in changed into her normal bright and lovely one.

[From: Jinwoon] Boraaaaaaa-ahhh babe~~~!~~! I will be over in a bit. Be ready? I want to take you out.

She hadn't seen him in ages. They had been dating for a few months. Delighting in sets together, she had often only been able to seen him through the likes of webcamming, and face to face calling on their phones. The thoughts of finally having a date seemed surreal to her, but within mere seconds of receiving the text, she was in a rush to get ready.  After a quick shower and drying her hair, she entered a haste rush to get ready. She knew how long it normally took him to come over, and she had five minutes to get finished. With her hair done and make up subtly accentuating her feature, she hurries to her room to get ready.

Having been what it seemed to be secretly aided, she rushed into her room to find a cute outfit already with matching heels on her bed. She had an idea of who had set it out. Soyou was the only one who knew the lock on her phone, but her scramble to the shower could have been a cue enough to them that something big was coming. She quickly slipped into the white, lace dress and heels before slipping from her room with her purse over her shoulder and phone in hand almost exactly as the knock on the door was sounded.

With an shy smile, she reached for the door knob. A slight snort leaving the woman as she catches the sight of her boyfriend leaning up against the doorframe with a 'bad boy' look upon his face. "Mh, I think you are at the wrong house mister." Bora let out a soft tease at the male before turning to only be caught by the wrist by the now whining male. "Bora-ah!" He pouts as he tugs on her wrist. Bora couldn't help but snort at the sudden aegyo explosion, but she can't help herself to comply with his wishes. Taking a step to him, she leans up to steal a short kiss from his lips. The action rewards her with the sight of his precious eyesmile- a feature of him that was far past what a "favorite" could ever be.

Moving his hand down, her grasps onto her hand and pulls her out. He intertwines his fingers with her as he leads her off to his car. A playful and cheerful mood taking over his features. By each other's side, they were as if children. Loud laughter easily spewing from them as they attacked the other with mischevious tickles or silly jokes. He was someone who instantly brighten her mood, and just relaying to each other a few lines as they move to exit the building, she couldn't help but to have a smile already fixed upon her lips.

Opening the car door for her, she entered it and before she could reach to buckle herself, he was already there to do it for her. It was an opportunity for him to steal another kiss. It was an act he did often, but she never could protest. "Where are we going, Jinwoon-ah?" She tilts her head as she takes his hand as he starts driving toward their destination. A smile brightly on his lips as he whispered to her. "If I told you, it wouldn't be a secret right?" His words were instantly responded with a huff. Her free hand swiftly yet gently hitting his arm. "Ya! Tell me please!" She sniffle cutely as she presses a gentle kiss on his cheek. "If you like me, you will!" She nods her head rapidly as she looks up at him.

"We have a problem then huh?" He speaks as he squeezes her hand. "I don't like you. I love ya babe." He grins cheekily at her. His eyes disappearing once more into his cheerful eyesmile. His words instantly bring a dark tint to her cheeks at the cheesy assault he had just sent at her. Her tongue and brain playing a trick on her as she has probably forming her words. "Yah- I-" She huffs out once more as she leans her head against his shoulder. "I love you too you idiot." She hums out as she looks around.

It doesn't take long before they arrive at a parking lot of the park. Her brows raising at the sight. The sun still out, but barely. The park nearly empty for such a beautiful day. She was more than curious. As she got out from the door opened by her beloved, she instantly got out just to attach to his side. Looking up at him with a large grin pulling at the corner of her lips, "Let's go?" She tugs on his arm as she coos out her words cutely. Leaning down to ruffle her hair, he nods his head and leads her to a section of the park he had reserved from them.

Her whining of him messing up her hair ceased instantly as she spotted the sight of a part of the park covered in lighted lanterns with a picnic bench holding a variety of sweets, fruits, and dock for him to put his Ipod on to play music. Tilting her head, she looked at him as he started to explain. "You know how you have been telling me about how boring everything has been lately? How dancing is even boring?" He puts his arm around her. "Dance for you is like playing guitar to me. Sometimes you stray away from the reason for why you enjoy it. I want to help you give a meaning to your dance, so that hopefully you will begin enjoying it again." He rubs the back of his neck as he stares down at her. "I--" His words were cut off as she plants a big kiss on his lips. "This means a lot Jinwoon." She smiles as she pulls back.

With a chuckle, he grabs her hand and pulls her in the area before turning on the music. As he returns to her, she laughs softly as she teases him. "Did you get this from a movie?" She sticks her tongue out. "Well.." He pauses before laughing and suddenly wrapping his arms around her. "Yes, but I thought it would be different. I would be the one stepping on your toes instead of you stepping on mine." His words instantly sends them both into a laughing fit as she wraps her arms around his neck.

As the soft melody enters their surrounding, they begin to sway. The dance bringing them together. Their movements in sync as they worked with the other to move without running into the other. As he leans down, he presses his forehead gently against hers. Butterflies quickly returning to the woman as she suffers a quickened heartbeat from his touch. "When you dance," he starts to talk. "Think of it as a way to connect with me. To be with me. I know we can't see each other much, and I can't stand it one bit. However whenever I play my guitar, you are the one thing on my mind, because you are my inspiration, my reason to get up with a smile. This feeling right now you have, let it be the feeling when you dance. Hopefully, it is a feeling good enough that I know can keep you happy for the rest of your life or at least while you dance."

With his sudden confession, she would have stood still in shock if she wasn't being guided by him. However in that moment, he had said enough to make her want to dance again. Putting him as her inspiration, it was enough to make her never want to stop. The thought of being able to feel like this with him while she danced was more than tempting. "Jinwoon.. You don't know how thankful I am for this." She grins as a hand moves up to cup a cheek. "I think you just fixed everything. I love you."

Without giving him enough time to respond, her lips crash against his before they begin to move in a slow and passionate pace. Each movement filled with a love and care. He had just made dancing something she wanted to do now. It was something she couldn't wait to do for she knew her time with him was limited, but now had a way to reconnect with him on the nights she missed him. She wouldn't feel lonely anymore without being held by him or showered in his sweet attacks of affection. For the rest of their time that night, they spent it in the others arms while slow moving to the sound of music that entered the night air. For Bora, it was more than a perfect night and she only had one person to thank for that.
