Present Day ~ May 3, 2013

After months of wondering what went wrong, I picked up my head and kept walking. I graduated from A.Y Jackson Secondary School

in June 2007. the high school that Henry and I both attended together. I then attended the University of Toronto where I pursued an

associate's degree in business management, graduating in 2009. I packed my bags and made the move to the Big Apple (New York

City) and enrolled at NYU and comtinued my path towards a bachelor's degree in business managment with a minor in music production.

I graduated in May, 2011 and immeadiately landed my first internship at EMI Music Studios in Ottawa, Canada (doing accounting)

I didn't date. AT ALL. I was more of lonely bird who was trying to forget how the love of her love broke her heart in such a heartless

way.

As much as I tried to forget, my mind seemed to always wander back to Henry. How was he? Was he alive? Dead? Was he eating?

What was he doing? As much as I hated him for what he did to me, part of me was always worried about him.

But it was no time to worry, I was at a new beginning in my life. A month ago, the CEO of EMI called me into his office and told me

that I was getting a "promotion" and was getting transferred to affiliate/partner company SM Entertainment. This time, he told me, I

was going to be the co-manager of a new male solo artist in Korea. Now as a Korean, that is a huge honor. Even though the only K-

Pop song I know is frickin' "Gangnam Style" (because I mean who hasn't heard it?) I was clueless about Korean music, ( You're

pretty clueless if the only Korean artists you can name are PSY and Sandra Oh). Getting transferred to SM Entertainment meant that I

had to move to Korea. Being Korean, knowing the Korean language and culture was a huge plus for me ( even though I have only

been to Korea twice, both trips taking place when I was a kid)

Today, I was boarding a plane. I was leaving everything I knew
