ALL-STAR adj: a team or group comprised of the top-performers or players. Mostly commonly sued to describe sports teams that take players from all the teams to form one, all-star team. 

Each company has that one trainee, the one they just can't seem to fit into that perfect combination needed to form a group and don't quite seem fit to be a solo artist. THe company heads are at a lost as to what to do with this extremely talented trainees. During one meeting the heads are talking and stumble upon the subject of these unique trainees and they eventually think to form a multi-company, co-ed power group. they would be called ALLST★R/ALLSTAR and continue with the sports theme naming the sub groups Boys Team and Girls Team. Their first concept would be sports related and their biggest effort would to keep the talent levels and difficulty high. The guys and girls would be more than just pretty faces, containing powerful vocals and dance skills. The girls would also be setting the trend with difficult dance routines usually only attempted by guy groups. They wouldn't be doing just 'y' dances they'd be doing technical hip-hop routines right alongside the guys.
