Hyuna’s P.O.V :

I put my fingers on the handle and opened the door

“ Mom , I'm home “

“oh sweety you came right in time I've prepared dinner” she said with a smile

“no , I'm not hungry . I'm going to my room and study”

“No you're having exams you have to eat something , you became so weak these days “

 “I'm fine” i said and entered my room and locked the door

I heard the conversation between my parents.

mom : “sigh , I don't know what's with her lately , she's pushing herself too much she'll end up sick”

Dad : “you know this is what (her brother) always wanted her to do , he wanted to see her succeed and graduate , she's trying hard to make him proud” I just kept listening to them silently  

mom :” I'm just sick of seeing her like this , she still holds unto him , she's holding to someone gone , who's not here anymore”

dad : “at least she's passionate about something , just let her do what she wants”

mom : “you're fine with this ? god , put that book away and listen to me , our daughter is not okay , I miss seeing her smile and laugh , I want her to live” please mom stop, I’m sick of always hearing you speaking like this, let me do what I want

 dad ( yelling ) : “So what do you want to do ? do you have an idea cause we've tried everything , I'm hopeless . if you do than please let me know I want to get her out of her dark world”

Mom ( confidently ) :” i will keep trying , I'll do whatever it takes trust me .”

"they're fighting again what a surprise “I murmured , " they're always like this because of me I'm such a burden , hah I'm hapless sometimes I think my existence is really not necessary , their life would've been much better without me , but I can't leave , I'm not that strong , I'm a weak little girl and that's what I'm always gonna be "

The next day I went to school , after a 3 hours test I got out feeling dizzy , my knees weakened and soon I fell to the ground.

“  Hyuna , Are you okay ?”

I woke up at the nurse's voice , and I found myself in the clinic

“ don't get up now rest a little , you fainted a while ago , but don't worry it's just stress , we've called your parents and they're on their way to pick you up .” she said with a smile

After a while Mom and dad arrived

“what happened , are you okay ?”mom said with a worried look and my father was waiting for the answer impatiently.  

“  it's nothing mom I'm just tired i didn't get enough sleep”

“  i told you you were gonna destroy yourself” ohh please don’t start again

I sighed “aaah” as I left.

“ i don't like this , we'll take you to the hospital and do a full checkup” here we go again

“  mom, don't you think that's too much ?”

“  we just want to make sure that our daughter is okay .” my dad spoke.

After that we went to the hospital since my mother insisted .

 “ I still think this is unnecessary , I would've known if I were sick , I believe in my instincts”

And so we went , they examined me , when I got myself ready to go , I heard  mom talking to the doctor " It's fine , I'll tell her "

My mother walked me out with a sad look , she made me sit in a chair outside and told me with a tear in her eye  “Hyuna , you're sick ,I'm so sorry "

" what do you mean sick ? "

"apparently it's blood cancer"
