On their seventh rebirth on the World of the Living, the Keeper of Death and Love Selector (more prettily known as Cupid, because being called Selector is totally unfancy), are better know as the Keeper - Im Minjung and Cupid - Kim Myungsoo.

Why were they on the World of the Living? To play a game of who falls in love for who first. No cheating. At least, it's not cheating unless you're caught.

What were they playing this stupid game, anyway? If Myungsoo wins, he gets the love of his life back - immortal, even. If Minjung does, the guy she likes gets bibbidi-bobbidi-boop'd by Myungsoo to fall for her.

- Selector of Love; he decides the destiny of people, unless he doesn't want to, leaving it on the hands of Luck.

- Prefers to be called L because he's Love. (Extremely lame, according to Minjung)

- Naturally attracts people despite his cold demeanour.

- Born on the same date as Minjung.
