Description

Gina's not at all about that kpop life but fate keeps bringing it her way. Meanwhile, Kai's got his own set of what she'd call 'personal problems' that include caring too much about what other people think. They're both stubborn, they're both troubled, and they're both exceptions.

Foreword

This is a story about romance, but it's also very much a story about racism, discrimination, prejudice, colorism, femininity, and masculinity.

So fair warning if any of these topics are triggering or if you'd rather read something more lighthearted.

Also, don't think I hate Kai by how I write him. Remember folks, it's fiction and he's a character here.

Chapter 1: love this story so far, and its plot. I think we need more commentary in stories about black women and kpop. so often we tend to ignore the realities of it all and this is a refreshing change. also love the flow of your writing.

Chapter 3: I love this story. Gina reminds me of my mom, she could care less what others think, she takes charge, and she's caring towards her family. Only difference, people mistake my mom for Mexican =￣ω￣=

Sunggyu said the same in an interview that he wants a skinny white girl as his girl friend and now they are popping up in Kpop vids everywhere especially jay park's video.. It is an issue that needs to be discussed or atleast recognized..
