Impression (15/20) → It was plain even with the snowing effect on it. I don't see romance instead I see slight angst. 
fonts & colors (15/20) → I didn't really like the font you used. It didn't stay out. Also, the title could've been bigger. Romance colors should be rosy, red but winter colors should be white, light silver and blue.
Texture & stocks (20/20)→ The texture was not too much for the poster. I love the winter sign.
Pictures (25/25)→ The picture was HD and it was an interesting choice.
Overall (10/15)→ Slight angst would suit this poster more than romance does. I didn't see the romance hidden in it. Thank you for upvoting. I know you can do better than this.
