In 2008 after succes of SHINee's debut, SM Entertainment announced that they have a new sub-company founded by the CEO Lee Sooman's cousin, Brenda Oh. After five years didn't have any news about V.S. Ent., now the CEO Brenda Oh announced that VS is now ready to debuting new rookie artists.
