Her stay in London had been quite an unpleasant experience so far.

Tiffany sighed, averting her gaze to the night view outdoors as the car circled around the packed city; aimlessly remembering all the sights she had gone for the past few days.

If it wasn’t for the company she had, the girl would have very much like to think that her stay in London would have been the best trip of her teenage life. At last, it wasn’t.

Stuck with an annoying cousin, a hopelessly caring uncle and her parents in the compact area, Tiffany smiled a little; the third she had since her stay here. Today was Friday and that would mean she’d be able to get on the first flight to L.A the very next day. That, however, would also mean that a new semester was to be embarked on very soon.

“Tiff’s finally smiling.” Her cousin, no, her driver, chuckled as he peeped at her through the front mirror. “A little too late, but still good considering what an ogre she is.”

She felt her temper rise but managed a stiff smile nevertheless. “Better an ogre than a peasant.”

If only she didn’t countered his quick remark for if her gaze was lingering outside, she’d notice a young man; tall and handsome passing her car as he walked quickly to his destination.

If only.
