Vindictive Intentions

Description

Four persons with different ways of living, different demeanors from different lands but not really. They possessed one similarity though; intentions on bringing themselves out of cowardice and face reality with what they thought the best throwback to the people who made their lives a living path of corpses.

College somewhere in Canada, a boy was being bullied by his taller teammates during their tryouts in basketball, dribbling the ball back and forth to his blessed face. Parallel to it in China, a petite boy lying in sheets of white is being diagnosed due to falling unconscious from enough beatings just because he didn’t lend the cheaters his notes. Similar? Not…yet.

Judging stares and spiting boorish curses whenever he walks in the mighty hallway of his school, he pretends it doesn’t affect him, doesn’t mean anything to him and doesn’t fight back even though he’s a foot taller than the rest yet has a heart of gold that matches his curly blonde locks very well. Sometimes, students at his age will tiptoe just to reach his enormous ears and pull it down with a harsh tag. Doesn’t matter, they’re having fun. Isn’t it?

On the library of one of the prestigious college schools in South Korea, he fixes his frame but was later being snatched away from his eyes and a hand clasped his mouth for him to muffle the groans that was about to escape his throat when he feels a pang of pain collided his stomach. They left him on that corner where nobody can see unless the book they really want to read is from that stack of shelves with his glasses lying smashed beside him. He coughs blood.

Four unfortunate souls, different yet similar, far yet too close and has the ability to contribute into society but will their intentions stay the same from the start?

Humans are born with fickle minds after all.

Foreword

Okay. This is something. Hi there, SwagMoves114 proudly presents my first straight-as-a-rainbow story. At last, I’ve decided to write two of my favorite OTPs and actually there’s a lot of gayness going on in KPOP. Nobody can deny that so yeah, KRAY/FanXing is my first in EXO followed by ChanBaek/BaekYeol but if you ask me who is my real FIRST OTP of gayness overload…I think…I’ll share it another time. Lol.

I’m still learning on how to write this genre. Which I, myself, am not really confident if I’ll reach that level of self-satisfactory and all. Psychological and Mystery, sounds complicated ey. ~_~

This story will kind of let you have that feeling of a confused snail maybe? Which I intended it to be so I don’t think I can guarantee you guys some answers with your questions in the future but yeah, read if you want. Everybody’s welcome in here. :)

Credits to my Eonnie here for the POSTER! Love her much, check her stories too! She's awesome > frozen_star6 < ;)

Enough said, please do proceed.

“Park Chanyeol, 24, suspect for killing Mr. Choi on the guy’s residence. It all stated in this piece of trash.” Luhan unfolded the newspaper, wrinkled and was indeed like a trash from his fist, almost breaking the poorly on fours table. Kris raised his eyebrow, not amused from Luhan’s rage. This is nothing compared to their previous cases. Luhan is just being Luhan, this bastard who thinks he can solve anything without the help of his coworkers which in fact a big false to his part.

Arbitrary to Luhan, he is still repeating the scene in which his actions says deal it with me and let’s be partner again to Kris. The latter scoffs, puts his mug of coffee on the newspaper and stands. Towering Luhan’s hunched form and stares, “Park Chanyeol, again?” Kris asks, folding his arms in process.

Luhan nods, fixed stare on Kris before slamming his fist yet then again to the front page, making the mug move inch away from its original position. “This is the 7th time he is under the name of being a suspect, Kris. Don’t tell me media finds him so entertaining to repeat the history itself on this goddamn news!”

All eyes on them, the whispering and talking went to a full halt when they heard what Luhan was imprinting on here for all matters. Kris shifted uncomfortably before running his eyes across their office, “Is this part of your concern, people?” They drastically shuffled back to their works upon hearing this. And Kris was satisfied with that. He returns his gaze to the attention seeker red haired deer.

“Place?”

“Before that,” Luhan straightens his figure and rubs his temples. No one will ever know that this almost weak looking deer is capable on catching murderers or suspects with that face of his. His skills and talents are uncalled for. “We’re meeting someone close to being a detective. Not that he’s an amateur or something, he’s just not into serious business like us but hey, he graduated criminology too. And the head of Federal Bureau of Investigation approves his presence. So no need to doubt him.”

“What exactly are you entailing?”

“Lay is his name. Suppose to be Detective Lay but long story. Chinese too, here in Korea for some personal things he himself only knows.”

“Alright, so when are we meeting this guy?”

“Where do you think a Chinese man will visit his ancestors? France? I don’t think so.”

Kris face softens when Luhan turns on the balls of his feet and left him there reminiscing the faded memories of his childhood years. He glanced to the newspaper on the table, lifting his mug to his lips and observed the picture of a clean cut black hair Korean man on it, just like his. How come this man is almost always on news? How come Park Chanyeol isn’t arrested from these couple months? And how come a face like that knows how to kill? Looks are always deceiving.

He put away his mug before leaning to the paper, witnessing the dark circle his coffee made on the upper part. Kris’ brows meet on the center, wondering why the face is so familiar. He suddenly remembered his roommate, Byun Baekhyun. He is so going to have a long day convincing the boy to just stick his nose to his own business. After all, Baekhyun is one of their new initiates.

Kris grabs the nearest pen he could find and crossed out Chanyeol’s face on the paper.

“China, it is.”
